Bright, spacious and well-maintained

We spent a delightful week in this bright, spacious and exceptionally well-maintained home, and can recommend it highly. All the rooms are attractively furnished, the large kitchen is extremely well equipped, and all three bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The property is beautifully landscaped, and it is located in a neighborhood where almost every house is surrounded by lush gardens. It is a slightly longer walk into town than some places we've stayed in Ptown, but we didn't mind. We prefer the quiet and privacy, and it is really quite a pleasant walk. Or with bicycles, you can get anywhere in town (including Herring Cove Beach) within minutes. Any time we needed to ask the owner a question, he responded promptly and was very accommodating to our needs. We definitely plan to stay there again.

This property is beautiful. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable in every way. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very quiet but still not too far from commercial. The owners were very responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay there again.

Very Comfortable Stylish Home

Our group of 6 had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at 88 Bayberry. The home was very stylish and well equipped. There was a wonderful deck outside punctuated by very serene greenery. If I were to suggest anything to make it perfect for future guests, I would add an umbrella on the deck for afternoon sun which we can get pretty toasty. This was the best and most enjoyable home we have stayed at in our 4 times visiting Provincetown. Brian Farley was the perfect host and answered emails very promptly. I would highly recommend this home when you are choosing a place to stay ! You won't be sorry !

Excellent Stay

I would be hard-pressed to think of one complaint. Beautiful, comfortable house. Great, secluded location. Gorgeous backyard and deck. Super sweet and communicative host. Honestly, no negative notes. It was *just* what my friends and I were looking for. Perfect for a trip with two or three couples. We might even try to come back next summer.

Amazing house, gracious host, and impeccable neighborhood. This is a house for professionals looking for a quiet escape in PTown. The house is spacious and the furniture/appliances/administers are first class. My husband, myself, and our friends thoroughly enjoyed it. I’d book it again in a heart beat.

Amazing Property!

We have rented several properties in Ptown over the last five years, and by far, this was the best. Clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The yard is amazing! Best of all, Brian was super responsive.

Perfect location when visiting Provincetown

Located on the Westend, this home has everything we needed. Beautiful and well equipped kitchen, space for three couples to have their own space and a beautiful fenced in backyard for our four legged companions. The patio off of the dining area is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, but still walkable to town. The owner/manager couldn't be more attentive. Looking forward to returning next summer.

Couples Getaway

This was a wonderful home and location. There were three couples, one of which brought a small dog, and it really was the perfect setup with each couple having plenty of space and their own bathroom. The home was well decorated and spotless, and walking distance to everything you need. Our host was responsive and wonderful. Loved it!

Everything anyone could ask for


We loved your home and all of the offerings you provided. The inside was immaculate when we arrived. The back deck was so spacious and we used the grill multiple times. The downstairs suite was perfect, the master bedroom was spacious and all the beds were so comfortable. The distance from town was convenient and we brought our bikes which made it very accessible. Victor’s was a five minute walk for happy hour. Hope to enjoy it again next year.

Amazing Vacation

We had an absolutely fabulous time. The house was open, spacious, and beautifully decorated. There is no detail missed here. The property was very well maintained. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine at the end of the day was peaceful and serene. Short walk downtown. Brian was a pleasure and made the check in and check out effortless. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Getaway

This property was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and gorgeous (but still only a 20-25 minute walk to Commercial Street). The house was beautifully decorated with three great full baths (including a recently updated master bath). The backyard was fully fenced and a perfect spot to let our dog explore. Communicating with Brian before and during our stay was easy and his responses were thorough and very timely. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Amazing property in the West End

Exceeded all expectations!

This home was absolutely beautiful - it has an amazing design and the layout was perfect for our group's annual weekend trip. Brian was very kind and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals, and the patio and yard were perfect for afternoon lounging. We had 1 rainy day during our day and it was very comfortable to spend time in the living room by the fireplace. The walk to town (on the boatslip end) was only about 14 minutes, and the neighborhood itself was lovely! We had the best weekend staying at this home, and look forward to a trip back!!

There's no place like home

Sure, a resort hotel is a great way to spend a vacation, but there is nothing like spending time in a beautifully appointed house with all the conveniences of home. Brian's place is such a venue. Lovely details throughout and thoughtful small conveniences add up to a resort kind of feeling to boot. It takes little effort to get to town, yet the home is far enough away from the action to be a quiet oasis. We very much enjoyed our stay — you will too.

This house was one of the first in the Meadowview Heights neighborhood. The house looked quite a bit different than it does today. It is home-sweet-home and hopefully a perfect vacation residence for you!
