The owners live out of state and fell in love with Ocean Springs during their travels. They bought the condo to stay at when they are visiting. It is managed by Chris, who has been managing vacation rentals in Ocean Springs for more than a decade.

The property is located on the water and away from the hustle & bustle, but still very close to the heart of the Downtown Ocean Springs Entertainment District.
