This picturesque backdrop not only enhances your daily routines but also allows for peace of mind as you keep a watchful eye on the children while they play. The open floor layout of the kitchen, dining area, and living room create a seamless flow that encourages lively conversations and fosters a sense of connectedness throughout the day. Whether you’re preparing a meal, enjoying family time, or simply lounging around, this open design brings everyone together.

• As you explore the accommodations, you'll discover the tranquil Master Bedroom, which boasts a king-sized bed, smart TV, and its own exclusive sliding doors that lead directly to the pool deck. Imagine unwinding here after a long day of activities, enjoying quiet moments by the water or indulging in a relaxing evening dip. The spacious master ensuite bathroom ensures you have all the essentials to rejuvenate after a fun-filled day.

• On the opposite side of the home, the cozy Second Bedroom offers a restful queen-sized bed, smart tv, desk & bench, lounge chair and ample closest space for all your belongings.

• Down the hall, the Third Bedroom features a Full size bed with a Twin trundle pullout—perfect for the kids. This room also features a smart tv and ample closet space, as well as sliding glass doors to the pool. A space that prioritizes privacy, everyone can retreat to their own corner at the end of the day.

Convenience is at the heart of our design, with direct access door from the pool deck to the guest bathroom, minimizing disturbances as you navigate between fun and relaxation. The fully stocked Carrera granite peninsula kitchen invites culinary creativity, outfitted with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. From a Keurig coffee maker to a gas grill on the pool deck, we've anticipated your every need. Whether you’re enjoying a meal together inside or dining al fresco under the sun, every moment is designed for togetherness and joy.

Enhancements to your stay extend beyond the interior spaces; the extra-large pool deck, with its large heated in ground pool and abundant seating, beckons for lazy afternoons basking in the sun. Explore the beautiful gated community with our provided bikes, or take the short 10 minute drive to nearby Downtown Naples for a taste of local culture. Should the beach call your name, we have equipped you with beach essentials—including 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, three coolers, 2 fishing poles and tackle box—ensuring that your seaside adventures are as enjoyable as possible.

Our 24-hour gated community is a stunning environment filled with serene palm-lined streets, sparkling lakes, and a park that invites evening strolls. Please note for the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located around the exterior of our home, as well as a Ring Doorbell.

During cooler months (November-April) a $14.00 per night fee is required for heated pool. Temperature is kept at a comfortable 85° during this time.

After your reservation is accepted, we require current copies of all adult renters drivers license or state identification. We also require all our guests to sign our rental agreement, as well as the HOA required documents before being able to stay at our property. All required information should be received in a timely manner to make check-in seamless, and to avoid additional expedited fees.
