Our family has enjoyed coming to Seabrook for many years, and we’re thrilled to share this beautiful island and villa with you and your family!

Upon arrival (or in advance of your stay), you’ll receive an access card for resort amenities and a personal keypad code to access your unit. The amenities card provides access to all island facilities. An amenities fee of $50/day will be charged from the Amenities office. Your host, Shay, will provide necessary information for you to request your amenities card and island passes for vehicles.

Seabrook Island Club Amenities Program:
This villa has membership to Seabrook Island Club. To use the facilities, guests have the option to purchase Seabrook Island Amenity cards ($45/day covers up to 6 guests in this villa), and includes access to:
- Beach Club pools (open seasonally)
- Seabrook Island clubhouse dining
- Golf
- Racquet Club Sports (Tennis & pickleball)
- Equestrian Center

*There are additional fees for rounds of golf and tennis.

If you aren't interested in purchasing an amenities card , you'll still have access to:
- Seabrook beaches
- The crab dock
- Outdoor Lakehouse pool
- Volleyball court, basketball court, and playground

Lakehouse Fitness Center and Indoor Pool:
- Available to guests at a daily fee and not a part of the Seabrook Island Club amenity card program.

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times.
