High above Lake Michigan sits this charming 3 bedroom cottage! Only 30 steps to the beach stairs, and you've got over 100 feet of private beach all to yourself! The views are SPECTACULAR, the lake, the sunsets, and storms rolling in across the water. There's plenty of seating on the deck and fully screened-in porch. Sleeps 8.
*Please note: The fireplace located in this property is for aesthetic purposes only and is not functional.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house. You may smoke/vape outdoors, but please remember to throw the butts in the trash, not on the ground. Smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No one should be on the property other than those included in the rental agreement without prior approval from the management team.
- If additional guests are brought onto the property without prior approval from the management team, that will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
- If you are considering utilizing the fire pit on the beach, please review the following recommendations about beach fire safety:
