As you enter our beautifully designed modern home, you'll be welcomed by an open-concept layout that exudes both style and comfort. The spacious living room is perfectly arranged to accommodate large groups and families, offering plenty of space to unwind together. The fully stocked kitchen invites you to unleash your inner chef, with everything you need to create delicious meals while taking in the gorgeous views outside!

And don’t forget the expansive deck, fully furnished for outdoor relaxation. Here, you can soak in the hot tub, enjoy the fresh air, and gaze at the stars in the night sky!

The home features four inviting bedrooms: three with queen beds, each promising a restful night's sleep, and a fourth bedroom equipped with a fun and comfortable bunk bed featuring full-sized beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.

One of the main highlights of our property, aside from its stunning design, is its prime location right next to Petoskey's top golf course. Whether you're a golf enthusiast or just looking to enjoy the serene surroundings, this is the ideal spot!

Plus, you're just minutes away from downtown Petoskey, beautiful beaches, and, for ski enthusiasts, a short drive to Nubs Nob Ski Resort and Boyne Mountain!
*The HOT TUB - please, PLEASE respect it & treat it as if it was your own. No glass - as it can break and could cause issues. Please do not put any oils, bubble baths, or any other liquids into the hot tub.

Please do not allow dogs on couch. Please remove shoes. We have a few cool rugs we want to keep clean for future guests!

Family retreat

Great location for our family retreat. East access to Charlevoix marathon and tourist trip to Mackinaw Island. Spacious and clean property.

Great location and communication

We had a great stay and the host was always quick to respond. Perfect location to drive into town, go for a run or grab groceries. The house has plenty of room for a comfortable stay. I would mention that the house is on a well so the water has a very mettalic odor. We would definitely stay there again.

Family winter vacation

My family, 6 adults and a golden retriever enoyed our stay appreciating the 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There was ample space to spread out, cook and dine together and hang out. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing and snowshoeing. The location was great for skiing and dining and shopping in Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Everything was supplied and all was clean and comfortable upon our arrival. Our host was very responsive. If you come in winter, there is a steep driveway, so will need AWD to get up. Otherwise can park on side street and walk up hill. Thank you for a great long weekend escape!
