The laundry room/mud room is equipped with a new Maytag washer and dryer and utility sink and also functions as a mudroom. The livingroom, kitchen, lake room, bathroom, and laundry room have all been newly renovated. There is a pull out sofa bed in the livingroom along with a double recliner love seat; swivel rocker chair; and a live edge wood bartop with three stools. The kitchen has a table with six chairs; new appliances; a Keurig Duo coffee maker; blender; coffee grinder; toaster; ample cabinets; granite countertops; and stone backsplash. The game room is accessed from the back deck and has lake views; a full sofa, bookshelves, tables and lamps; a foosball table; a kitchenette with sink and mini frig; a pub table with four chairs; a tv with game console; cornhole and hillbilly golf games; board games; and a tackle closet for fishing gear.

Outside, there is off-street parking for six vehicles or five vehicles and a boat trailer; a large deck space with sectional sofa, tables and chairs, a bar top area with seating (some of this area is a covered porch with lounger seating); a new grill; new fire pit with grill top and adirondak seating; and bluetooth speakers and automatic lighting. There is a 9' wide boat house and a dock available for your boating needs (the boathouse will be upgraded to a boat lift which can handle most pontoons by June 2025). The backyard is fully fenced in for safety, however, the gate does not have a child proof lock so please watch your little ones. .
