Detta Àr en familjestuga pÄ den lantliga östra sidan av indian
Sjö. 2007 byggdes stugan och ersatte den
original "Zettler Cottage" byggd 1927. Det Àr strax söder om
O'Connors Point, nÀra den tidigare platsen för O'Connors Landing, och
kan nÄs via den tÀckta bron som korsar den södra gaffeln till
Little Miami River. Sjön Àr övervatten för den stora
Miami River.

Den vilar lÀngs 6000 tunnland indisk sjö mot vÀster, grönytan i norr och
jordbruksmark med ett nÀtverk av landsvÀgar bakom ett tidigt
morgondoggning, promenad eller cykling under underbara soluppgÄngar till
röd tÀckt bro, bara 1. 5 miles away. Stor sjö och solnedgÄng
utsikten kommer att avnjutas frÄn verandan tÀckt veranda och solig uteplats.

Det Àr fullt möblerat. Fyra sovrum och tre och ett halvt
bad betyder en mycket bekvÀm vistelse för 8-10 personer. TvÄ av
sovrummen har privata bad och tvÄ av sovrummen delar en Jack-and-
Jill bad. Ett stort rekreationsrum Àr ovanför garaget med en platt-TV. Det viktigaste familjerummet har en ny 60 "TV och sovrummen har ocksÄ TV. De
köket har bÀnkskivor i granit, en ö, en vÄt bar och
pÀrlskÄpskÄp.

Indian Lake Àr en fiskare och bÄtparadis. Fiske,
bÄtliv, slang, bad och vattenskidor Àr alla tillÄtna pÄ
sjö. Det finns extra parkering för bilar, bÄtar och bÄtvagnar precis intill stugan.

Även om sommaren Ă€r kul i solen, ser mĂ„nga lokalbefolkningen pĂ„ hösten
som den bÀsta tiden pÄ Äret, tack vare lugnet tillsammans med
underbara höstlöv. För vintern ligger den 15 minuter
frÄn Mad River Mountain Ski Resort och det finns gott om plats för
snöskoter. Med vÄren kommer fiskaren och mÄnga deltar
i sjöens mÄnga basturneringar. Saugeye, en fisk som liknar
walleye, Àr ocksÄ eftertraktade och har fÄtt sjön nationell
uppmÀrksamhet.

Everything was beautiful. One area of conversation ncern was the railings outside weren’t secure in spots. This is a concern for an older group. Thanks for your efforts to keep this a beautiful family get together. The views are stunning.

Our stay at the Zettler Cottage was beyond amazing! The location is very easy to find and the property is beautiful! The outdoor/waterfront area is one of the most stunning I've seen. My friends and I planned a weekend girls trip to relax and spend time together. We couldn't have asked for a better rental. There was plenty of space, plenty of seating options whether it was outside, in the living room or eating at the dining room table. The amount of beds and bedrooms was perfect, and the fact that each bedroom had it's own private full bathroom was even more perfect. The waterfront area was great - it is shallow water with sand and no seaweed/plants. Perfect to hang out and float on a raft! Thank you again for sharing your home.

The house was roomy and was situated with a near perfect view of the lake. The three tier patio and porch really made it feel like resort living. It was perfect with plenty of seating on all levels. Access to the water was so easy and fun with our rafts. It also accommodated fishing from the dock. I wish the gathering room inside the door was larger, but, other than that, it was a great vacation place. So great that we already booked for next year!

Great Outdoor Space!

My family and sisters family had a great time, spent hours on the lake each day boating, paddling and floating. Wonderful outdoor space allowed us to spread out and have a great time. Sunsets are stunning and it is a quiet area.

Best Patio to watch Lakelife

Zettler Cottage is a great place for your family or friends getaway. Plenty of room for all, whether you are inside or outside. The 4-tier patio is a great way to watch lakelife or swim, fish, play games, sitting around the firepit, or just relaxing in the many chairs, especially the rocking chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you might need to cook or just want to make a special cocktail. You can't go wrong in staying here.

We weren’t given the entrance code until one hour and 45 minutes after check-in time. Tried twice to email the host but never heard back. Had to get a hold of VRBO customer service. We were told to wait one hour and they would resolve the problem after one hour. No call back. Had to start the process all over again with another VRBO customer service agent. After our stay, we were told to take the sheets off the bed and the pillowcases and put them in the laundry room. My mattress that I stayed on was so soiled, and the pillow was almost brown. This Home needs some serious cleaning upstairs. The downstairs was beautiful. The setting was beautiful but would not recommend this place to anyone. About the code, all the host said was I’m sorry I can’t say anymore. We asked for a night free and received it.

Family (fishing) Trip

The house is very nice. The location is great and easy to find. The back patio is awesome. We got to enjoy it between the rains. The dock was perfect for the the guys's fishing boats. It was a relaxing stay. We would definately go back.

A weekend reunion for seven cousins was held at Zettler House. There was plenty of parking and the gathering space was perfect. The large table accommodated ten people for eating and games and we loved the living area with a direct view of the lake.

Gorgeous home with everything you need

This property is beautiful. House was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay except firewood. Clear instructions in the book for checkout and everything was labeled for ease. We really enjoyed our stay. Areas for improvement would be cleanliness. The house had dust cobwebs in several rooms, drink stains on furniture, and could generally use a deep clean. We were not given check-in instructions and had to contact the owner for them. This was not a huge problem since they answered right away and got us taken care of.
