We do want to clarify that the home is strictly a non-smoking property, and when the issue was reported, our team did communicate with you and offered assistance. Unfortunately, smoke odors can sometimes linger from prior guests despite standard cleaning and inspection procedures, and we rely on guest communication to address them as quickly as possible when they are noticed. Had we been given the opportunity during your stay, we would have been happy to take additional steps to mitigate the issue or explore alternative solutions at that time. We regret that you felt this concern was not addressed to your satisfaction. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that, aside from this issue, the home otherwise met your needs.
