This condo was perfect for our family. The king beds were very comfortable, and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, great sheets, nice selection of games, beautiful view from back patio, safe neighborhood, heating/cooling works well - able to set bedrooms to varied preferences, front bathroom sink and shower drain slowly, bathroom linoleum has small holes, not a perfect 5 place, but VERY adequate and comfortable.

Great views and very clean and comfortable.

We came down for a week to relax and enjoy what Branson has to offer. This property was great. Had a view of the golf course. Everything was very clean and the accommodations were very comfy and homey. We had a great time. Would definitely book this property again.

Property is beautiful and well-kept. Communication was excellent, respectful, and prompt. Several outside pools available that were very clean. We especially enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee on the patio. Very peaceful.

The AC didn't work well. There was mold in the laundry room and the flooring in the kitchen was separating. There was carpet that was falling apart and metal guard for the carpet in the bedroom was pulling up from the carpet. There was holes in the walls. The window unit in the bedroom leaked. The shower/tub drained very slowly. This was a place that I will not stay at again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. We want to clarify that while you did reach out to us during your visit, these specific concerns were not reported at that time, and we did not receive any photos or notifications for documentation. Per our process, this prevents us from addressing issues in real time and ensuring a prompt resolution for you. That said, we take all feedback seriously. Your comments regarding the AC, flooring, carpet condition, drainage, and other maintenance items have been shared with our operations and maintenance teams for full review and corrective action. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and well-maintained stay, and we regret that this was not your experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use it to improve both the property and our processes moving forward.

The first 2 nights the guests above us were loud, dragging things across the floor and stomping around until around 1:30 in the morning. We reported the issue and the owners were wonderful. We understood this isnt their fault. Other than that everything was great! It was nice to sit out on the patio enjoying morning coffee. Even had a family of deer graizing. It was clean, they had soft music playing for us when we arrived, and pkenty of supplies such as towels coffee, plates, etc. Its in a good location away from the busy hustle and bustle but close enough distance to everything. We would stay there again and would recommend it to our friends.

Thank you so much for staying with us, we truly appreciate your business. We’re very sorry that your experience was anything less than five stars. Had we been informed about the noise sooner, we could have notified the HOA right away regarding the guests above. We hope you still had an enjoyable stay overall, and we wish you a wonderful day!

The condo was nice however the listing says nothing about stairs and the condo appears to be ground level. You do have a set of stairs going down to the condo and we had someone with knee issues that this was a struggle for. Please update your listing so the next person won't have issues with them.
