Everything about this place was better than advertised. The host clearly cared about making it comfortable for renters and was quick to respond to questions. I hope to stay there again.

A very nice house. It reminded me more of a rustic cabin. There were no problems or issues. The hot water was great and the wifi was also great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We stayed in Aug during a heatwave (which Kirkland really doesn’t have). There was a portable air conditioner but it was unable to keep the house cool. I understand that it is typically cool in Kirkland so just my bad luck. As far as cleanliness goes, while overall the home was clean, there were some details which were missed. There were numerous spiders at and in the entryway (which was dirty), there were hairs on the sheets under the blanket in the downstairs bedroom, address stickers on the carpet (likely from a previous guest), and there was a half gallon of open milk in the refrigerator which caused the refrigerator to smell bad. However these were more minor details and did not detract from our stay.

1st class home, commutation and amenities

Home was more than large enough backyard was a enclosed park. Home was warm and lacked nothing. The home owner contacted us within a hour after the power went out (storms) and asked if we were ok and is there anything we need. As good as it gets. Thanks Cat
