När du inte behöver hela förening men ändå vill njuta av denna magnifika egendom i hjärtat av Old Town Key hyra "Stripes", andra och tredje våningen lägenhet med utsikt över träd och vackra balkonger!

INSIDE OCH SÖLJA ARRANGEMENTER ...
Den andra nivån erbjuder ett vardagsrum, matsal för åtta där ett fyra toppbord ligger inuti och de andra fyra toppborden ligger ute på balkongen bakom. Det finns en fullständig gourmet kök och ett stort badrum med duschkabin. Sovrummen har ett drottning rum, ett annat rum med två enkelsängar och ett rum med en rulla våningssäng som är perfekt för ett barnrum! Trillan har en tvilling våningssäng, dubbelsäng och en tvilling trundel så 3-4 gäster kan uppta detta sovande utrymme. Alla rum erbjuder förvaring för kläder och en platt-TV.

Den unika utformningen av den här fastigheten tillåter din grupp att vara tillsammans under ett tak men har separata nivåer som erbjuder integritet och eget utrymme! Den tredje nivån är en lägenhet stil utrymme där det finns ett litet vardagsrum med plattskärm, badrum med dusch / badkar combo och ett sovrum. I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng som kan sova 1-2 vuxna och en enkelsäng för en extra gäst. Det har byråer för förvaring och en platt-TV.

Om du bara vill ha en vuxen per dubbelsäng finns det en bäddsoffa på varje våning men vi tillåter inte mer än 10 gäster i lägenheten på en gång eftersom det bara finns två bad.

FRILUFTSLIV...
Föreningen har en privat uppvärmd pool som delas av den andra lägenheten på premissen (Stjärnor; nivå ett). Alla gäster har tillgång till tvättstuga, grill och grunder, men det enda parkeringsplatset är först till kvarn. Men eftersom hemmet ligger i ett idealiskt läge behöver du inte en bil, eftersom du kan gå och / eller cykla till nästan var som helst du vill!

Loved it

We loved this house, it was cozy, yet had enough space for everyone. The management team was very responsive and there to answer any questions we had. I loved the location of the house, walking distance from Duval St, but not right in the middle of the nightlife.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great. We were with friends who had a boat in the AB Marina and this was very convenient. It was a very short walk to the marina, lots of great resturaunts and shopping. There is only one parking space for both units on this property but we found other parking for the first part of our stay. The pool is shared which was a little awkward at first but then we got to know the other renters. The pool was surprisingly very refreshing for our stay in July. It stays pretty shaded but still gets some sun. Rooms were small but we didnt spend much time in them. I loved the upstairs (3rd floor). My twin sons stayed up there and I was only a little jealous....

Such a great stay!

We absolutely adored this stay! It is such a great location, and housed all 8 of us with ease. The side pool was such a great addition for the heat! The stay was clean, and the property manager was so helpful! This was one of the best stays we have had!

Great location, perfect for our stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room for our group (8 adults), we loved the access to the pool and it’s just two short blocks from everything. The place was clean and check in/check out was simple.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 9 and stayed at Stripes for a 4 day long Memorial Day weekend trip. The house was very clean. Check in was super easy. They even allowed us to check in a bit early which was great because we took the Key West Express ferry and didn’t want to tote our luggage around. The pool was clean, private, and very enjoyable ! The house layout was perfect for our group and you couldn’t beat the location in proximity to everything! The only thing I would have added was a bigger ( or additional) living room couch in the common area but we weren’t home enough to worry about it. We Definitely will stay there again!

Key west family getaway

Stripes was a great spot for two small families! Plenty of space, great pool and location. We were able to walk to Duval and several other restaurants and shops. Shana the property manager was amazing and made our check in experience amazing and smooth! We Would stay here again.
