This space is perfect for couples or a friends getaway as the location is its main attraction. This fabulous space includes a living room, bedroom with queen size bed and living room queen size sofa bed, Ideal for on and off season. Enjoy the convenience of restaurants, shops, and bars all within walking distance. Located in heart of the circle, across from the Crab's Claw and next door to Bahia, you will find an ocean view with beach access while taking in entertainment and delicious eats that the area has to offer. No need for Uber or Lyft, perfect for those who delight in a night or afternoon out. Wake up and walk to breakfast, grab a bite nearby for lunch and enjoy your evening of dinner and a night out without the drive. If you would like to stay in, the backyard area boasts of an outdoor kitchen with bar, gas grill, sink, outdoor TV and cornhole boards. The backyard/outdoor kitchen is a shared area with owners. Apartment includes full kitchen and laundry room. Kitchen has full size refrigerator, apartment size stove and oven, Keurig, microwave and full kitchenware and utensils. The oversized laundry has full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board along with plenty of space to hang your clothes and store your items. Also in laundry is a small vanity and full length mirror so there is plenty of room to get dressed for a night out. Smart TVs are located in living, bedroom and outdoor area. The Circle in Atlantic Beach is our favorite area. We love the ease of access to the beach and to the nearby shops and entertainment. When we aren't soaking up the sun on the beach, we usually begin the afternoon listening to music across the street then having dinner or a bite to eat nearby. This location offers the benefit of nightlife within walking distance, no Uber or Lyft needed here. We love being in the middle of it all!

Our location sets this place apart. Along with being in the middle of it all, you can also choose to have a relaxing evening at our apartment. Equipped with an outdoor grill, bar, cornhole and outside TV, you are ready to enjoy a meal outside while watching your favorite sporting event. A full kitchen accommodates those who want to stay in and cook. Top off the evening by sitting on the front porch or cozy up on the couch and watch movies.
