Perfect Beach Get Away!

The condo was ideal for our vacation! The description of the property was spot on, decorated perfectly for a beach house, and the thought they put into the items in the condo enhanced our stay (starter kit of toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs-umbrella-toys-wagon, games for the family, and plenty of seating in the living room); they put a lot of thought into the details, and it really showed! The host was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond ensuring that we had a list of ideas for activities and their personal favorite restaurants. The keyless entry was a nice touch so we didn’t have to worry about losing a key at the beach, and when we were doing different activities, we didn’t have to worry about being locked out! The overall property is well maintained, quiet/safe, and great for adults and families alike. The only downside were the 3 flights of stairs (no elevator), but it made for great forced exercise and great views of the beach from the balcony! We would absolutely rent this unit again!

Last minute trip

This was our first time to Atlantic Beach and it was a very last minute trip. We only stayed 4 nights. This rental was perfect for us! The description is exactly right. Billy is a great host and checked in with us. We had no issues and will be happy to recommend this place. It is oceanfront but you do have some walking from the boardwalk to the ocean. It is so worth the peace and quiet this beach offers!

Sea Spray is a great place to stay the owners thought of all the details. I recommend it highly.

Beautiful & Clean unit overlooking ocean

Billy & Bonnie are fantastic host. They are very accommodating and available at anytime. We stayed here this past summer and immediately fell in love! Thus, we booked again for this October weekend and was not disappointed. Highly recommend!!!!!

Perfect spot for a beach vacation

We had a great stay at the "Seagull Retreat". Comfortable furnishings, lovely decor, welcoming from the moment we stepped in. Loved how close we were to the beach and pool. Thank you Billy and Bonnie for everything. Would definitely stay here again.

More than impressive!

I am so grateful to have experienced this with our office family beach trip. The condo was very clean, beautifully beachy decorated, very spacious, with great access to the beach. They were readily available to help with anything.

Top Notch Accommodations

The Seagull Retreat is truly top notch! It’s beautifully furnished and decorated, and it’s fully equipped. The owners have thought of everything, from providing beach accessories to games to play. It’s a lovely place. It was very clean, as well, which is nice. I love being able to walk in and start my vacation with no complaints. The balcony offers nice views, as well. We’d definitely stay again!

Excellent!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well taken care of and extremely clean! The owners were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated having the use of a wagon, chairs and other beach supplies. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Atlantic Beach.

More than worth it!

Overall, the condo was an amazing place to stay and was very clean. The condo had nice décor, was spacious, and had easy beach access. Also, the response to any questions I had was promptly answered. We will be returning...hopefully sooner than later

Beach vacation with adult children

Beautiful, well-appointed condo in a convenient location. Walk up third floor location seemed daunting in the heat upon our arrival but we quickly changed our perspective to look at it as excercise! We spent a week here with our two adult children and had a nice time together and had a chance to enjoy the beautiful crystal coast together. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Perfect getaway!

Just what we needed for a much-needed vacation! The place had everything we needed -- clean, well-maintained, close to the beach and attractions, but far enough from traffic. Will be glad to come back again!

Wonderful place to stay!

This property is all it says it is and more. One thing to note though is the 3rd floor walk up (50 stairs!) The owners really take care to ensure you have the best stay and are easy to reach with questions. Would stay again!

Atlantic Beach Family Vacation 2021

The unit was perfectly situated on the third floor with a view from the bar height chairs on the deck of the ocean, pool, and sound. The deck faced east to provide shade and a nice breeze in the afternoon and evening hours. The interior was beautifully finished and furnished. My wife and I who have plenty of experience in that area could not have done better. The renovation that removed the kitchen peninsula opened up the kitchen to the living area and created space for a dining table was well thought out and worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was well appointed and worked well for the meals that we cooked. The unit and the entire property were very well maintained, including the pool, pool area, building exteriors, and planted areas. The beach was recently replenished with sand and could be accessed from two different boardwalks. However, the added sand, and the fact that the unit is on the third floor and at the opposite side from the beach did create a lengthy walk to the ocean. This unit included a foldable beach wagon to help carry items to the beach as well as two beach chairs and beach toys. The owner was easy to contact and provided helpful information as needed about the unit and surrounding areas. We all had a great time and will certainly keep this location on our list for possible future visits.

Perfection

This was our second stay at the condo. We had 7 people this stay and we’re very comfortable. Condo has had great updates, it’s perfect. Host are wonderful to work with!!!!
