THE VIEW of the Gulf

Family trip, for Mother-in-Law's 75th B-Day. The unit was very nice and exactly as described. Beds were super comfortable. Communication was easy and friendly. 100% would stay here, again, if we return to Gulfport.

Had a few issues but loved our stay

The view from the room was amazing. Never heard a single neighbor. Never saw another person on our floor. The road to cross to the beach is very busy and a 45mph speed limit which made us feel a little unsafe crossing with 4 kids. 2 of the 4 tvs in the unit didn’t work and digital lock in front door would not work so we had to leave unit unlocked when we’d leave. Not very comforting but we felt very safe there. Restaurant near by are all amazing. Despite any complaint I could possibly come up with, I loved it!

Great location - Beautiful view!

We stayed at the Sienna for a month! Luved the view, spacious comfortable condo, and great location! Very friendly staff - Anthony was so helpful and make us feel welcome!!!

Enjoyed it

Overall we enjoyed the stay. A few things would make it even better: Need more kitchen towels; Need more bath linens - bath towels, face cloths, and hand towels in each bath; Patio was filthy - could not use it; Luggage racks in bedrooms; more drawers in guest bedrooms; Baking sheet for kitchen; instructions for TV; Track lights in kitchen were all out except 1; Condo was clean but could have been cleaner. Great about the condo: Decorations; WiFi was very strong; Beds were comfortable.

My stay was great. The only thing I would want was more umbrellas for outside by the pool and maybe they could have an option of music playing outside near the pool.

Fantastic Property

This was our first trip to the gulf and this property was perfect for our family. It was well equipped and had plenty of space. The top floor view off the balcony was awesome. The entire building seemed safe with controlled access and staffing at all times. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

Condo very clean, had everything we needed blankets utensils shampoo etc. Right across the street from very calm beach. Street traffic not busy. The views inside the condo were unreal. Indoor pool warm and jacuzzi super nice! Wish the outdoor pool was heated, no one uses it. Security there for anything you need but It was almost too secure! Code to enter properly and code to enter pool, code to park. Also felt stricter with rules and we def felt like we were being watched by security cameras. But they didn’t bother us too much with the rules. Tony was amazing though and was just there to help! The water to washing machine was turned off in condo so we couldn’t use and e-mail went unanswered about it. Maintenance people came into our condo when we weren’t there to change air filters and it would’ve been nice to get a advance someone coming into our space without us being there. Other than that, it was great.

Most amazing location!!!!

I can’t even begin to say how much my husband and I enjoyed this condo overlooking the beach!!! We loved that it wasn’t super busy so we could have time alone walking on the beach at times, and the condo was beautiful, clean, and had the best view. We can’t wait to come back

Roomy with a Great View!

We loved our time in this condo! It is beautiful and just as described on the website. There are no stairs, and the elevator is directly in front of the room. Our favorite thing is the pool. It is large and beautiful with zero entry and a perfect view of the ocean!

Condo was awesome, property was not

The condo itself was very nice. Clean, well-maintained. Plenty of space for our family of six. Beautiful view and so close to the beach. The property was disappointing - hot tub was closed for our entire week long stay, indoor pool was small, steam room smelled terrible, workout equipment was dated and not well-maintained.

Beautiful property and beach!

The property was even nicer than pictured. When we tried to check in, the code that was provided to us was what is the code from a few months ago which was weird to not be given the correct code to get on the premises. As always with rentals, it always would be nice to have more places to hang with towels. I feel like the kitchen chairs are going to get ruined because that’s literally the only spot to hang a towel. The place was clean and very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need for cooking. We had such a great time and loved the beautiful view!

Beach front stay

Very nice place to stay. Some areas could use updating but overall loved it enough we will stay again. The codes for property change often so some didn’t work and the front door trick to unlock it was a hassle from time to time, but these little things don’t take away from the total picture of this great property. There was an issue with no heat one day but property manager got an electrician out and fixed the issue with in a couple hours. The view of ocean from the living room and balcony is incredible and the amenities were wonderful. My family of 5, plus sister, and other visitors for Christmas had plenty of room to move around condo and not feel stuffed. It’s a huge property.

Decent facility with some unit issues.

Master and main living area good size. Master patio door has no blinds so if you're early risers like we are not a problem but for anyone wanting to sleep in best to bring an eye mask. Great views. Two spare bed rooms small. Our unit's HVAC didn't work and we had a cold snap at Thanksgiving so had to buy some space heaters. Owner and rental company responsive and made concessions for the issue.

Do not stay in this unit

Wifi was not working for 2 days. Overall cleanliness was poor. Black stuff shot out the whirlpool tub. They had a slinky on the railing of the balcony I am assuming for birds but looked trashy. This until needs major attention. 2 of the TVs did not work or lamps in the guest room. I could not wait to check out.

Great View

This was our first time in the Gulfport area. The condo complex is very nice with a great pool. The condo was cozy and decorated with a cute beach theme. Great view of the ocean from the deck and large windows. Overall we were happy, however a few things did stand out. Cleaning service needs to do a better job with the floors. To the eye they look clean, but our feet were so black after walking around on the floors that we had to keep shoes on or wash our feet off before we got into bed. Also, one of the living room lamps that is shown in the rental picture is not there. Only one lamp in living room and light bulb was burnt out. Small issues that I think the cleaning team should pay attention to. We were not aware how busy the road was in front of the condo complex. Lots of traffic that is very loud most of the time. Overall we enjoyed the condo, but would most likely look elsewhere if we returned to the area due to the loudness of the traffic.

Lovely property

When we first walked in the door we were blown away by the view. The condo was also clean and well set up. The beds were comfortable and rooms generously sized for our party of 5. The property was secure and conveniently located. We had a wonderful experience.

Introducing Grandson to the Ocean

We loved the accommodations. Lots of room. Great kitchen, well stocked with any equipment we could need. We put a roast in the crockpot for dinner after a day at the beach. Highly recommend staying here. The security was awesome too. When we were tired of sand we could enjoy the pool.

Perfect location

Perfect location!! Condo is so much bigger in person. Security is always available. It can be hard remembering all the codes for everything!! But other than that it was pretty awesome.

Summer Vacation 2022 pros/cons

The location was great, pool was very nice, staff were great and friendly. The view in the mornings was phenomenal!!!! Disappointments: 1. The kitchen was not fully stocked like other VRBO’s we have stayed in. The bare minimum was there and we had most of what we needed but there was not a can opener nor a wine bottle opener. 2. Not reflecting the condo but we were unaware that there are no waves at this beach for the kids, the water was very dirty the last 2 days and we couldn’t even get in the water. 3. Beach access was difficult. We were told only the owners had keys to the front gates leading right to the beach so we had to exit the back of the condo and walk around and down the street. We had to run across to a median of the busy street. Unable to pull a wagon with our belongings due to the curbs and stairs to go down to the beach. So just be ready to Carry all of your stuff. 3. It was advertised there were umbrellas/ beach chairs upon request. That was not an option. We asked and they looked at us like we were crazy. We finally found some small fold out ones in a closet but no umbrella. 4. The VRBO advertising mentioned a community putting green so we took balls and putters and kids were excited. Found out there was no such thing available. Overall our experience was good and we made the best of it. We would choose the condo again but would not choose the beach location to return to.

girls getaway

very easy to reserve. excellent access instructions. Several issues needed maintenance person. Air conditioner in master not cooling properly. Could not fix while we were there. Unhappy family because of bedroom being too hot. A recliner was broken before we arrived and should have been replaced. I requested a maintenance man to fix both issues. He reported the air problem and made a temporary fix on the chair. Final thought: The unit was overpriced because of the issues I dealt with. Hopefully repairs and updates will be made before renting again. I truly think I deserve partial refund. Positive note: We felt very safe and the Security provided was excellent, especially Anthony. Very helpful.
