The bathroom features a shower for your convenience. This is a gated resort with many great amenities that guests will have access to. There is also a deck with a ceiling fan and Adirondack chairs with a table to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather that Florida has to offer. For those wanting to stay local, there is plenty to do from Fort Island Gulf Beach to Downtown Crystal River, Three Sister Springs, kayaking, swimming with manatees, fishing and boating as well as many restaurants and shops. The unit is also about an hour away from Tampa, and an hour and 40 minutes from Disneyworld and Clearwater Beach for those who would like to venture out farther. The closest airports are Tampa International Airport which is a little over an hour away and Orlando International Airport at an hour and 40 minutes away. We are a retired couple from Pennsylvania and love traveling, hanging with family and friends and spending as much time as possible with our 3 grandbabies. Florida has become one of our special places. We have gone to this resort often and fell in love with it and in fact, so much that we decided to purchase a unit here. We are very new to hosting. The wonderful memories we have made here will be with us forever and want the same for you.

The resort where the property is located has many amenities including a basketball court, dog park, horseshoes area, playground, clubhouse where activities are held weekly, shuffleboard, outdoor fitness yard and large picnic pavilion as well as a pool and spa. The pool and spa are our favorite. The fact that it is gated is another plus. The best part about this neighborhood is all of the friendly and kind people you meet.
