Chris was such a great host—super warm and welcoming, and I loved that the place was pet-friendly so my pup could enjoy the trip with me. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house had everything we needed and then some!

This property is great: clean, easy access to town & a great yard for pets. This was our second stay here. The host is very nice & responds quickly to any problems. We enjoyed our stay very much!

It was great. The house was clean and full of everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and the property was perfect for our 2 big dogs. It was centrally located with food, parks, and downtown within 15 minutes of the house.

Super Cute!

Very nice stay. Nice pool, pet friendly. We could get to many different types of activities within 20 minutes. I would definitely check out the local seafood and we loved hanging out at Rainbow Springs. It was breathtaking! We will stay here again!

Family Getaway

Accurate listing, great communication. Would recommend this specific property. Pool was perfect for the littles and master bedroom was great for mom/ dad and newborn.

Relaxation at an affordable price

We enjoyed the home the little time spent there. We loved the fact that the boat ramp was right down the road with easy access. Everything was clean and in working condition.

Paddling Trip

We had a great time at this property! It’s just around the corner from a great paddle launch at The Adventure Center. We were able to bring the dogs and the back yard was big and secure! The pool was great to cool off in every afternoon. The homeowner was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and clean, lots of space! appliances are all practically brand new. I didn’t realize there was only one bathroom when I booked but we made it work! Outdoor area was nice and the pool was lovely, we spent most of our time out there!AC worked great, water heater easily kept up with the 5 adults in our party for showers and such. House was perfectly stocked with soap, trash bags, utensils, etc. Just a few minor things we noticed: the yard has LOTS of fire ant piles, so be careful with kids or pets if they’re out there for long, and the bathtub is VERY slick; could maybe use some grippers on the bottom. Other than that everything was wonderful and Chris is a great host!

Crystal River vacation

We had a great time discovering FL springs. We headed out to 7 sisters , the crack and Rainbow springs. The water was delicious and cool for these hot summer days. Enjoyed coming back to our very central location, VRBO home. Jumped in the pool and was able to make dinner and relax. The house has all the amenities we needed. House was very comfortable and cozy. Would recommend and stay again.

Great for people with pets!

This was a very nice place to stay. Enjoyed the whole time we were here! Good solid fence for the fur babies. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean & modern kitchen appliances. We were very pleased with the quick responsiveness of our host, Chris. Also, impressed with the lawn service person who came & told us he was there so we could keep the dogs in. This was an A-1 place to stay.

Nice house

The house is perfect for a family with dogs. The yard is fenced in and secure. The open floor layout was perfect. The owner had quick responses to any questions we had through email and even texted us upon arrival and departure. We enjoyed our trip and the one level house was nice for our older parents who walked with canes while visiting. The house is close to everything such as shopping and swimming. The pool was big and clean and we had it heated as well. The house was perfect for our stay.

Did not want to leave

We spent lots of time searching for an ideal property to host our family (4 adults, one child plus our two furry kids). This place did not disappoint. Looks even better in real life than in photos. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated, equipped in everything that we needed. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The location is perfect for nature lovers looking to relax, spend some time on beautiful walking trails, swimming in crystal clear springs , visiting friendly manatees. There’s an abundance of nature tours, conservation areas and parks within 15 minute radius. We truly enjoyed the size and privacy of the backyard and our morning coffee by the pool while listening to the birds . The weather was perfect and we have finally received a much needed doses of vitamin D. We spent the whole month of February at Chris’s place and this was not long enough. Can’t wait to come back for even longer. Our dogs looooooved the place, too. Thanks Chris!!!!

Mixed Review

Inside of the house was absolutely spotless and clean. A few broken handles on furniture but nothing dirty. The problem was we selected this property for the pool which we were unable to use. It was green when we got there. I called…they sent out pool service…still green the next day…I called again…pool service came out again…better by the last day but not good. Never got to use pool. It was July in Florida and we get a lot of rain but they should have been on top of it. Outside furniture was awful also. Covered by a tarp that was full of water. Lots of mold and mildew. Nothing like pics. Location was good and inside house clean.
