Perfect location and home for my family.

My family needed a place to stay in between apartments and this home was perfect. It was comfortable, well kept and so inviting. The host, Shawn, ensured that my family would have a great stay and we are so thankful. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect little bungalow

This is a cute and very clean 2 bedroom house. The location was within 10 minutes of downtown and the soda city market on Saturday was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens & blankets. There were dogs next door that barked a little but nothing excessive. We would definitely stay here again. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. No issues, no worries.The house is easy to find. Towels & sheets were provided. Neighborhood was fairly accessible by driving around. Nice touch with bottles of water in the refrigerator. The tea kettle (automated ). Kitchen was clean and had all the utensils I needed. Best part of my trip was bed was very comfortable. I like a place with wood floors, since I feel the don’t harbor all the dirt and dust like carpet tend to,

Amazing rental

I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay near Columbia give this adorable little house a try. This place was immaculately clean and we loved all the thoughtful touches, like cutely folded towels, robes & slippers in the closets, and personalizing the door lock for us. We were here for a USC tour and the location was really convenient. Other renters commented on the neighbors’ dogs, and they did bark anytime we brought our dog outside, but they weren’t scary and quieted up once our dog was out of sight. A wonderful place to stay!

Cute and Clean

My husband, step-son, and I recently stayed here for a wedding that we had to attend. The location was good, house was very clean, fresh, snd stocked with mini toiletries. The bedrooms were nice and comfy bed. It was a cute little bungalow with enough space. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect space very nicely appointed. Everything you would need was available. House remodel very nice. Neighborhood / locale (next door) is not ideal visually but we recognize there isn’t much that can be done. Dogs settled down.,.

Great Surprise

We have stayed in VRBO numerous times, but were still pleasantly surprised by the extra touches we found here. The extras very clearly communicated "you are special and we are glad you are here". For example, water bottles in the frig, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower, paper towels arranged to form a bow, etc. The host, Shawn was always readily available with good solutions and information. I was there for major surgery and felt good about leaving my husband and 2 dogs there while I was in the hospital. Highly recommend and will use again!! Thank you Shawn!!nIf you get any other places, please let us know.

Clean and comfortable!

We came to Columbia to escape the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The house is newly renovated, super clean, comfortable and had all the essentials to make our stay easy and relaxing. It’s located in a quiet area but super close to everything Columbia has to offer. The host was pleasant and responsive. Thank you, Shawn!

Very cute remodel, but sogs next door are an issue

The house itself it adorable. Convenient to downtown and the Gamecock stadium. Only issue was the dogs barking insessantly and jumpong at the fence next door (to no fault of Shawn's at all. There is one small area in the front yard that is not fenced, so we blocked it off using the garbage and recycling bins. Just a heads up for those with dogs. Overall, a pleasurable stay. Thanks, Shawn!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was impeccably clean, felt cozy and safe - there is an alarm system you can set, the owner will give you your very own security code. The pups next door seem protective and will bark at first but they get used to someone being there and get back to sunbathing and being sweet. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and stocked with tea, coffee and everything else anyone could possibly need. I loved my stay at this sweet little house.
