Casa Maya - Fun Getaway (nära stranden)

Detta hus är 1350 kvadratfot, 3 sovrum, med två fulla bad och en strand dusch på nedervåningen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng. Den första rum har en fullstor säng. I det tredje sovrummet finns en våningssäng med en full-size säng på botten och enkelsäng ovanpå. Två däck, har akterdäck en Gulf View (åtkomst från två sovrum) medan den främre däck har en lastbrygga vy). Under 2012 var sovrum och befälhavaren bad ombyggda. Befälhavaren bad innehåller nu en dusch.

Huset är väl etablerats för din semester: kolgrill, 4 hängmattor, sängkläder, handdukar och fullt utrustat kök. Se listan nedan för detaljer.

Huset är välskött, icke-rökare - trakten är underbart. Du kommer att vilja återvända.

Fester, bröllop, mottagningar, eller företags festligheter är inte tillåtna på Casa Maya. Vi hyr bara familjegrupper och ansvarstagande vuxna äldre än 25 år. Vuxna kan inte hyra ut fastigheter på uppdrag av minderåriga gäster.

The property is well located and very clean and the check in was smooth. The host was helpful and communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Easy beach access and boat ramp access. It is as pictured in its listing (which is not always the case). The layout is good as the bedrooms are in the back and well separated from the living area and kitchen. It’s not overly modern or fancy but clean and on the more reasonably priced side.

House was comfortable and well located. It was fun to go to open houses in the neighborhood...

Tips: brings lots of your own towels and if you’re staying longer than a weekend, consider making arrangements to rent a golf cart. We would definitely plan to rent again.

A great little gem!

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was very well outfitted, especially the kitchen. We were planning on cooking quite a bit, so it was nice to see we’d have everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was perfect - close, and not super crowded! We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

If you don’t like staying in crowded areas this is the place to stay, never had a problem getting to the beach or finding a spot. If you plan on fishing there is a great bait shop in the area at the marina. Also, we will be staying here again as the neighborhood is very quite.

Lovely home in a nice neighborhood

Had family Christmas here. Was great although a little chilly. The kitchen was a big family sized one with plenty of seating.

Everything we needed

Our stay here was amazing! Had everything we needed. The decorations around the house, from travels around the world, were stunning. Location was great with a 1-2 min drive to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Bright, Spacious and Beautiful

It was the only truly pet-friendly listing I found (out of hundreds!) They even had bowls set out for your pets in case you need them! The house is super cute and the location was great. Kind of far from town but that makes it quieter and less busy. It's super close to the beach and walking through the neighborhood has great views of the water.

Coastal getaway!

Property was clean and very comfortable, not too far from the beach. I'm a beach nut so I would probably rent one on the beach next time. But this was an awesome trip, it had all the comforts of home.

Quick Beach Weekend

Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this house. We booked at the last minute. Consuelo went out of the way to help us book the house. Perfect for my grandsons. Great neighborhood feel and close to the beach.

Perfect Getaway

House is exactly as described. PLENTY of room, very short drive to the beach, if your walking its a 10 min walk. The bay is a 5 min walk. Consuelo was a pleasure to work with, check in and out was seamless. The house was great for my family - 4 adults and 2 kids also bonus pet friendly!

Quick get away

We originally booked this trip last summer, but had to postpone. The owner was great to work with and helpes us rebook for this summer. Everything in the house was great. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for my teens to have their own rooms. It was an overall great experience and Im glad we stayed at Casa Maya!

Great location, clean

6 of us and our 8 month old puppy had a great visit. The home was clean and all we needed to bring was food, sunscreen, beach towels - plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils. The beach was in walking distance (or a very short drive - if taking chairs, cooler, etc). Nice, quiet neighborhood. The plants/flowers outdoors gave the home a true tropical vibe. Highly recommend Casa Maya!

4th of July celebration

We live in the Isla del Sol community and have a family gathering each year during the 4th of July holidays. Our family has expanded and we needed extra space. The Casa Maya was perfect for our family. It was very spacious with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, close to the beach and the bay. We will definitely reserve this house for future family gatherings.

Super comfortable stay

We were in Galveston for a family wedding and Casa Maya served as a great home base for our immediate family and our dogs before and after the event. It had everything we needed and was configured nicely (bedroom and bed-wise) for our needs. It was one of those "Heat Advisory" weekends, and the house stayed nice and cool. The carport area in the shade was nice, too. I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the hammocks and board games. All in all a successful stay and we hope to return someday.

Gateway

Let me tell you Consuelo and Tom are great hosts. The house is as described, is very quiet and relaxing. We had an issue with the A/C as soon as we arrived, but they took care of it. Is very close to the beach, highly recommend to rent a golf cart. We’ll be back
