Your San Diego adventure begins at this phenomenal 1-bedroom condo.
The expansive bedroom features 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and a large walk in closet. The spacious living room has a comfy sofa bed, smart TV, work station desk complete with printer, and dining room table. The full kitchen includes a fully stocked coffee bar, cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans, measuring cups, etc. The bathroom includes soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer, and more. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, and access to an on-site fitness center.
The healthiest grocery store in San Diego (Jimbo's) is right across the street for all of your organic produce needs. There is also a Ralph's grocery store around the corner for all your basics. The Rite Aid pharmacy is next to the Ralph's in case you need to pick up any prescriptions.
The luxury outdoor mall (One Paseo) is 1-2 blocks away includes such fine establishments as:
- Postino
- Nick's Del Mar
- Steak 48
- North Italia
- Parakeet Cafe
- Shake Shack
- Urban Plates
Everything you could need is within walking distance!
Did I mention the parks on both sides and have amazing playgrounds if you have children?
Kids who live here would go to the Prestigious Torrey Pines High School and Elementary/Middle Schools which are rated the best in San Diego. They are all in short walking distance. If you are looking to possibly move to this area or buy something in a few months, this is the perfect place to start experiencing the area.
There is no street traffic noise and in living here for 3 years, I have never had any disruptions of my sleep. It's VERY quiet and peaceful.
