Nyare 2029 sf hem med enkel motorväg åtkomst till alla Puget Sound destinationer. Klädskåp, 2-bil garage och mer beläget i ett privat samhälle.
Bara en timme till Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens eller 25 minuter till Tacoma Dome. McChord AFB och Fort Lewis är i närheten för dem som besöker våra militära hjältar.
Det finns många fantastiska vingårdar i västra och östra Washington inom en enkel dags bilresa .. Snöskidåkning ligger en timme bort vid Crystal Mountain eller gå vidare till Snoqualmie Pass.
Puyallup-mässan i september och vårmässan är alltid en bra källa till underhållning.
Företagsflyttning eller tillfällig bostad för försäkringsbranschen är vår verksamhet.

Long Weekend Trip

Our family group stayed in this well appointed rental while in town for a wedding. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have down time and personal space, as well as hang out together and cook as a group in the large kitchen. It was easy to get in and out of the subdivision. Parking in the garage was a great bonus since it rained several days of our trip.

Great House

I rented this house for my horse show event staff. It is in a great location and close to the venue where the show was held. Great property and good communication. I will defiantly rent this house again. -Michelle

Family vacation birthday

It was a short stay in Tacoma for a family vacation/reunion/birthdays. Home was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The only thing is the houses are extremely close together. Overall we would stay there again

Holiday visit

The home was clean and provided enough room for everyone. Check in was easy. It was a little difficult to communicate with the host when we had questions after check in. Also disappointed to find out that the fireplace has been “shut off for years for safety concerns”. That would have been nice to know and maybe helpful to have it posted. The location was convenient to family stationed at JBLM

I Will Be Back

The house is beautiful and very clean. We were close to shopping and restaurants and 45 min. from the airport. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The check in process was easy. We will be booking again the next time we visit Washington.

First family getaway

This was the first extended family getaway with kids, spouses, and grandchildren. We have people with food allergies so a cooking kitchen is a must. It was convenient and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful house, bigger than it looks. Well kept, quiet neighborhood, nice kitchen, roku tvs everywhere. Only issue we had was the air conditioner didn't work. We called the owner and he got a repair done the next day. Overall an excellent property and we would stay again.

Nice base for travel

We traveled around Seattle-Tacoma and stayed here. The house was nice and spacious. Some night time noises (neighborhood kids) and word Christmas decor but otherwise a great stay.

Clean and well appointed

This was a great alternative to hotel and closer than staying in Puyallup or Lakewood. Quiet and safe neighborhood! House was very clean and well appointed. Would recommend this property again!

Secure comfortable home in upper middle class residential neighborhood. House is well stocked. Half hour or further from everything. Half hr to JBLM. Parking is limited, use garage. Had great week with family/grandchildren in 2st floor and 2nd floor family areas. High traffic volume is an adjustment. Would stay here again. Best regards, Grandma and Grandpa

Great Stay

Perfect home and location for a visit to Washington to site see and visit our son stationed at Lewis McChord. The home was exactly as described with plenty of room and well stocked kitchen for our meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay again.

The location worked well for us. Just say a 1/4 of a mile for our son's house. Our use of the house was somewhat limited because we were at our sons house for meals and meetings. Still it worked well for us.

Amazing space for the price

The VRBO was just what we needed for our stay. The parking was cramped and hard to maneuver for my mid size SUV, but the garage parking was very helpful and the house was comfortable.
