Den här fastigheten året runt hem nybyggda att maximera fantastisk havsutsikt och solnedgångar. Njut av utsikten över vattnet utanför när man sitter på den inglasade balkongen strax utanför sovrummen, skärm / glasfönster de över främre eller på sten uteplats eller brygga.

Inuti finns en yta av fönster över hela framsidan av första våningen med utsikt över tidvattnet bara 50 meters avstånd. Om du funderar på att koppla av i ett fritidshus där alla dina behov har varit tänkt på, är detta rätt plats att gå.

Absolutely beautiful

Our family stayed for a week to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. From the moment we walked into that spectacular view till the time we left we felt at home. The house was well supplied with the things we needed & stores are nearby. Other than having a rainy week, the family enjoyed time together here.

November break

Wonderful property with amazing views. My husband and I were traveling with my elderly parents, the house was perfect. The first floor bedroom and bathroom was ideal for my parents. It was in a great location, close enough to the restaurants in Gloucester and plenty of places to visit during the day.

Girls Trip

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this water front property. The views are stunning! It is such a beautiful home and was everything we wanted and more. It is very clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. The location is close to the train which was so perfect for us since we were traveling to Salem. I would highly recommend staying at this place.

Beautiful stay in Gloucester

What a wonderful relaxing stay. The house and views were fabulous. Kitchen is fully furnished with every tool to make any meal or snack you wish. A quiet neighborhood and loads of room for everyone.

Gorgeous waterfront home

This was one of our best VRBO stays we've ever had. This home is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing ocean/land/tidepools view. The house is fully outfitted with a stocked kitchen, niceties like USB multi-plug chargers, and plenty of linens. The owners were excellent communicators and very responsive. We will definitely try to stay again if we return to the Boston area!

A “Wondrous” Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. When a 12 year old who is often hard to entertain declares a place “wondrous,” you know you’ve found something special. She could not get enough of the dock and exploring when the tide was out. The location cannot be beat for beauty and views. The house was lovely with many unexpected details taken care of. Owners were responsive and wonderful to work with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Slice of paradise

The views are just stunning!! It is a great place for children to explore at low tide-so much for them to see. We sat out back every night to see the beautiful sunsets. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The main living area has gorgeous views of the water. Just so relaxing-we hope to return!

Incredible views

We absolutely loved the views and we were lucky to have a week of incredible weather. Our adult kids joined us and they enjoyed kayaking and swimming. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need to cook at home. We cooked lobsters and fish nightly. Thank you for a lovely home to discover Gloucester & Rockport.

We love this place

My wife and I like to take mini-vacations (always with water views) and this is the only place we have revisited. The views from the main floor with a wall of windows include a salt/tidal marsh complete with Great Egrets and other birds, a scenic harbor, and the Ipswich Bay. When we weren't out exploring Cape Ann and all it has to offer we were enjoying the relaxation of the views, they are that good. By the way, we were 6 adults and 2 young children and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Beautiful View, Great Getaway

I've enjoyed vacations here for years. The sunsets are amazing and the marsh is fun to explore at low tide. I love the peace and quiet in the morning, watching a few lone boats come through the River over a cup of coffee. The house is comfortable and well-kept, and you can enjoy the view from just about anywhere on the first floor. I am coming back again this year!

What a lovely place

We thoroughly enjoyed our time ! It is the perfect location for a relaxing stay very close to beautiful Gloucester and Rockport. The home is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded. Everything including communication with the property manager was perfect! Property was exactly as described and in photos. Highly recommend.

AMAZING VIEWS

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. There were 4 of us and plenty of room for all. The house was stocked with everything possible to make it comfortable and very enjoyable. The sunsets from the dock were amazing, we sat out every night and watched the boats and wildlife. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We can't wait to return!!

Perfect Winter Beach Get Away

We had a mini-family vacation with parents, kids, and spouses for a long weekend. The house was a little tricky to find on the tiny residential backroads (we arrived in the dark), but once we found it we were not disappointed. The beds were shockingly comfortable for an rental property, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking family meals, and the view was stunning. Would return in a heartbeat!!

The view of a life time

This house had the most wonderful views of the bay & tide pools. We all had a great time. Absolutely gorgeous kitchen new kitchen with 12 foot island. Everything you could want in a rental. Plenty of bedrooms, beautifully decorated house. Wildlife at your doorstep. Binoculars to view the tides in/out! Half hour drive to Salem, great seafood restaurants close by. Much attention to the details. Would go back in a minute! Can understand its 10/10 ratings. It was the best place we have ever stayed at.
