BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ
From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in between 4pm-8pm at the latest to help avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles.
Winter Guided Arrival:
- At the request of the town of Brighton to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Plan to check in between 4pm-8pm. This will allow us to provide assistance if needed and help to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.
Silverview Lodge is managed by locally owned and operated property manager Cottonwood Lodging Company where the guest experience is most important. Please reach out for information about the area and other services offered by Cottonwood Lodging.

Located in a tranquil, private neighborhood just steps from Brighton Ski Resort, Silverview offers unbeatable access to outdoor adventures. A short walk takes you to the Milly Express lift access, while Silver Lake and Solitude Nordic Center are right next door.

With 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, Silverview offers space and privacy for everyone. Three primary suites, each with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, provide the perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. For larger groups or families, the home includes a fun six-bed bunk room, perfect for kids or friends to share.
Cozy Living Spaces
Relax by the gas fireplaces in the main and lower level living areas, or gather in the expansive chefâs kitchen to prepare meals. An additional kitchen on the lower level adds even more convenience. The dining area boasts a large wooden table, perfect for family dinners.
Endless Entertainment
Enjoy stunning mountain views from 7 private decks, soak in the large hot tub, or challenge friends to a game of pool in the loft. Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi keep everyone entertained and connected.
