Snygg komfort med alla bekvÀmligheter! Livet pÄ det bÀsta. Rymlig 5 sovrum upphöjda strandhus med 2700 kvadratfot för hela familjen att njuta av. Stort granit kök med servering bar. Rymligt öppet koncept kök, matsal och allrum för underhÄllande eller bara koppla av med 50 "TV. MikrovÄgsugn, diskmaskin, central vÀrme, luftkonditionering och takflÀkt. Tre master sviter ..... en med jacuzzi. BefÀlhavaren pÄ huvudnivÄn har ett soldÀck och öppnar till poolen. Alla 5 sovrum har 32 "platt-TV sÄ" time out "kan vara kul. Varje sovrum har en takflÀkt. Great House

Plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed having our own pool for us to have a place in the evening to hangout. The house is exactly as described. The owner was very responsive to tent ftom and our family definitely would stay again. Thank you Beth!

Fantastic stay in Garden City

Our stay in Garden City was wonderful. The unit was easy to check in with a self check in. Very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you would need to get your vacation start started. Their location was perfect. Close enough to the beach that you could walk if choose to, or a quick golf cart ride which was available to rent for the week. Overall, it was a perfect week for our Family Get Away.

Better than expected

Loved how close we were to everything. The house itself was better than expected. Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies we normally have to purchase or bring with us on trips. Bedrooms were larger than expected and the cleanliness of all rooms was amazing. The pool was fantastic as well. Little bit of a hike to the beach on foot, but we loaded the cars and just parked in the public parking. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and hope to book again in the future!!

Family Vacation

The property was perfect. I loved the fact that there were so many options available for places for people to relax, visit, read or play a game. And the golf cart was perfect for the quick trips down to the beach.

We had an excellent stay. Robert and the owner were very easy to reach. The golf cart and private pool really added to the trip. House is very comfortable and well stocked. We will certainly return.

Outstanding!!’

The place was very clean and stocked with basic supplies for the kitchen which was a definite plus for staying in to cook. Also, they had recently installed a new outdoor pool /shower and it made things very convenient to staying in some days. I would definitely recommend staying here😊

Great trip

The property was very nice, clean and as described. Loved the pool and how convenient it was to have in the backyard. The golf cart was a plus and we enjoyed riding it to the beach and around the neighborhood. We flew so it was not very convenience to have to bring all of the towels we would need including beach/pool towels. There are lots of bedrooms but the beds and pillows could use some updating. Most were not very comfortable for our group and the pillows were very very flat. The dryer was older and took a very long time to dry anything and sometimes didn't seem to get warm even though it was on hot. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the property.

Great experience, third year returning to the same property!

Third year returning to the same property. The owner is always a pleasure to deal with. I did have a question regarding a few issues with of the pool. I texted the property mgr, as instructed a couple hours after permission to enter property was granted. However, I did not receive a call nor text response at all. That is until the night before check-out, advising; we needed to be out promptly at 10am. Otherwise, it was another great vacation for me and my family!

Wonderful week at the beach!

My family and I had a great stay at the beach. This property was everything and more than what our family expected. The children had plenty of space to run around and play, there was plenty of seating to accommodate everyone, and enough beds for all. We enjoyed using the golf cart to get to and from the beach, and the pool was a good size. We would love to stay here again!

Great week!

We had a great week at this home! It was so well stocked for the beach! Also well equipped kitchen for all of our cooking and grilling needs! Even had a high chair and baby gate which was greatly appreciated! Great communication with owner and property manager during our stay! Golf cart was so fun also! Would definitely recommend this property for families to create awesome memories!

Family gathering

The house is nice lots of stairs so be ready to climb. I would have given it a 5 star but not providing towels is a real pain to deal with. If you are flying or driving a long distance packing extra luggage to take them and bringing them back wet and dirty is a problem. Lucky that bike week was ending because noise from them was bad Sat. night but gone on Sunday. The house had the room we needed and rooms were good size.

Beyond Expectations

Our family was in need of a much needed vacation and chance to reconnect . The Four Palms home did not disappoint and was well beyond our expectations. Beth, the Owner, and the Property Manager, Mr. Runnells, communicated instantly before, during and after our stay and were so helpful. The pictures for the home just don’t do it justice. The layout is much larger than we thought. We were pleasantly surprised at all the extra amenities and the extreme cleanliness of the home. The bookcases full of books, current magazines and DVDs, and the storeroom below with coolers on wheels, beach chairs, sand toys, and pool toys were just some of the extras that made our stay feel like we were spoiled. We have stayed in the Surfside area for over 16 years, bringing our children for many memories. This was our reunion as our children are grown- and we had never stayed in this area. It was so beautiful and so peaceful; even more so being away from the beach. The walk to the beach was doable, even with my older aunt and uncle, and driving the few blocks to the beach access at the end of the road was mere seconds. We hope to return again for another family get together. Time is very precious and this home helped us to capture wonderful memories we won’t soon forget!

Our family is from Southeast Pennsylvania. It became a family tradition going to the beach every summer. We fell in love with South Carolina and its warm weather and the ocean. The sounds of the ocean gently called us and we took the plunge to purchase our own beach house.

We love the quiet neighborhood charm. Our location is a quick easy walk to the beach. Garden City is a family beach and it is a great area for riding bikes, walking, jogging and taking the golf cart for outings. It will be our pleasure to share our home with you and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. Fantastic vacation memories await you and your family.
