Välkommen till vårt Surfside Beach-hus, "En dröm som går i uppfyllelse" (tvilling).

Vi tror att det kommer att vara en plats där dina drömmar om sommarlovet går i uppfyllelse. Detta hus är helt nytt (köpte hösten '09), rymligt (2200 kvm). Funktioner
inkluderar 9-tak, fyra sovrum med vardera badrum och ett modernt kök med granitbänk, köksredskap, grytor / kokkärl. Takfläktar i hela huset.

Det är det andra huset upp från Ocean Blvd och tillgång till stranden ligger tvärs över gatan. Se videon så ser du hur nära vi är nära stranden. Sju kvarter söderut ligger piren med restauranger och shopping .... en enkel promenad.

Vi tror att husets utformning är perfekt för familjer med ett sovrum på första våningen och på andra våningen är ett andra sovrum, våningssängrum (2 våningssängar) och ett sovrum med två fulla sängar. Varje sovrum har en 32 ”LCD-TV. Huset har tvättmaskin och torktumlare med en separat AC-enhet på varje våning.

Om lounging föredras är en privat pool i ryggen med sex fot integritetsstaket. På markplan finns ett picknickbord och grillplats. I vardagsrummet på första våningen finns en soffa / kärlekssitskombi med 52 ”LCD-TV eller surfa på Internet via WIFI. Avresestädning ingår. Sängkläder ingår inte men kan läggas till mot en extra avgift.

Great Family House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very big and spacious. There was plenty of room for the kids and adults to be comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach, which made it easy to walk there whenever we would like. The only drawback was the cleanliness of it. We went and purchased a few cleaning products to clean the bathrooms with. There was lots of leftover hair from the previous guests. Once we got that taken care of, the week was perfect!!

Fun beach stay

We had a lot of fun while visiting Surfside beach. The stay was nice but one thing that made the stay tough was the thermostat resetting in the middle of the night and it made sleeping uncomfortable. Other than that, everything else was great!

Surfside beach house

We absolutely loved the house and the location. So close to the beach!! I wish we would’ve known about the construction next door as we were woken up early, couldn’t enjoy the many balconies during the day and the noise from the construction made it hard to enjoy the pool during the day. The workers even blocked us in our drive way and we had to go looking for them! Over all I would go back!!! Lovely place and location!

Welcoming and Easy

Property was easy to find, great location distance from the beach, and very welcoming. The owner gave plenty of helpful information prior to our stay and was very responsive to all communications. Enjoyable experience.

Amazing Home in Surfside

This house was perfect for our group. We loved the king size beds, balconies, and pool. Everything was clean and spacious, and the owners had great communication. We stayed at this home during a baseball tournament. This home is close to the Grand Park Athletic Complex. It is also walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was a fun way to get ice cream and see the town. Surfside is beautiful and quaint. We would love to return some time soon. Thank you!

Surfside for ester

Overall enjoyed our stay. The property was in good shape. Some minor issues the owner should look into like cleaning the showers and some of the appliances may need replacing.

Perfect Summer Vacation

We could not have been more happy with the House, Pool, and proximity to the Beach. Nice and quiet street. The property owner was extremely attentive and friendly to work with. We would definitely rent this House again and would highly recommend this property for the Family looking for a wonderful Beach Vacation!

A M A Z I N G ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a fantastic vacation! This house was perfect. 4 adults and 4 teenagers ages 15-19. Even though a duplex, we couldn’t hear a thing from the other side. The most well stocked kitchen we have ever rented. Access to the beach was perfect. Home is well taken care of and clean. Hosts are very responsive to emails. Would definitely rent again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 NOTE: for those that have sun ninja tents, beach patrol will make you take it down. Even if it is a 10x10 size tent (max per ordinance). Just a heads up.

Perfect for two families

We loved the location right off the beach and walking distance to restaurants. We also loved the interior layout with two masters and room for loads of kids. It is a well maintained spacious house and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great family stay

Great house & location

Property was just as described! Enough space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Walk to the beach was amazing - no more than 2 minutes! Close walk to some of SurfSide's restaurants. We had an issue with the lock on our first full day, but Karen was extremely responsive and someone was there within minutes to address it. We are definitely considering staying again next year!

Beautiful location, would highly recommend!

This property worked perfect for our group of 2 families. It had everything we needed. We loved the location with so many things to do and places to eat nearby. Very short walk and easy access to the beach and the beach was not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Varför värden valde detta boende

First, we always wanted our own beach house. During many visits to Myrtle Beach area, we kept being drawn to Surfside Beach due to its proximity to Myrtle Beach to the north, golfing, shopping, restaurant's, etc. The fact that Surfside isn't lined with condo towers was an attraction for us along with the family orientated community. It became the perfect beach spot for us.

We enjoy the comfort of our new home and what seems to be the endless options to pick from during the day....read a book, hang out at the pool, walk to the beach, walk to the pier to hang out or enjoy a meal, golf, shop or watch TV. It is the perfect spot to unwind and relax.
