This unit offers a king size bed, 2 SMART TVs, kitchen area stocked with culinary necessities, full bathroom, and patio with outdoor seating. (Starter supplies of bedding, towels, and basic supplies are provided)
The Space:
Apartment complex located minutes from Highway 151! Fully furnished rooms and kitchen to make your stay feel just like home.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit and a parking spot outside in the private parking lot (please note - parking pas is REQUIRED to utilize private lot).
The Neighborhood:
Sun Prairie is home to a variety of attractions and dining experiences. Some of our dining favorites are Full Mile Brewery, Nitty Gritty, Salvatoreâs Pizza, and Hana Japanese Restaurant.
There is a Walmart and Pick n Save close by and a multitude of boutique stores along Main Street.
Getting Around:
Numerous taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.
Other Things to Note:
Ample street parking available for use.
The laundry room is a shared space.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.
Failure to return parking parking pass provided will result in a $100 fee.
