Convenient location to downtown topeka

This is a cozy house. Quiet place. Parking right there. Comfortable bed in master…didn’t use the other bedrooms. Small bathroom but shower pressure was good Easy to access to entrance Washer/dryer worked

Great spot, needs attention to details

The house is adorable—it’s filled with beautiful plants and decor. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Spacious rooms and living space. One of the beds had soiled linens (stains and lots of hair). The face towels in the bathroom were all soiled, as well. The kitchen did not have paper towels and the bathrooms were not stocked with Extra toilet paper rolls. We had to go looking for more. Host was super communicative and attentive when we had questions. Check in was a breeze. A little extra attention to details like clean linens and stocked supplies would give this sweet place 5 stars!

I am originally from Guatemala, came to USA around 20 years ago, I love home renovation and this house is one of my biggest and more hardest projects I have done, I love to see how something that is consider trashy, old and looking bad can change and become something beautiful. I hope this house can serve its purpose and make people feel like home.
