This house is exactly why you love VRBO! This fully remodeled home has four bedrooms and three FULL bathrooms; two of which are large, en suite bathrooms. This house is less than 20 years old with a modern, desirable layout and floor plan. A smart TV is neatly hung without cords in every bedroom, not to mention a large smart TV in each of the two living spaces! Cook a meal in our open kitchen adorned wirh quartz countertops without missing any of the conversation at the dining table or living room entertainment. Our place is fur baby friendly with a fenced in backyard and is also wheelchair compliant with a ramp right up to the door! We offer deep discounts for weekly and monthly stays. Thank you.

This was a very well kept house with every amenity we could have wanted. Owner was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The pictures do not do it justice, this is a roomy, comfortable, and well appointed house.

Homey and fun!

I rented this place for a girls night and this home was amazing. I booked this home in January for my stay in March and the property manager messaged me and asked if there were any accommodations needed for me and my guests, he was very polite and informative. He responded to my questions quickly and was extremely helpful. Upon arrival I immediately said "it smells so good in here!" The beds were comfortable, the coffee was great and the games were so much fun to play. I wish I could take the basement couch with me, so comfortable and perfect for a group of friends! This is the best Vrbo home to book if you're in the Topeka area. Thank you so much, Christopher!

Fabulous property to accommodate a large group.

Wonderful for our group of 7 adults. We stayed one night, in town for the Bonamassa concert. We would not hesitate to rent King’s Cottage again. 2 ensuites: 1 upstairs & 1 in basement. 2 other bedrooms on main floor & a 3rd full bath. All beds were comfortably firm and inviting. All furnished with good quality side tables, dressers, & bedframes/headboards. Stocked kitchen: cooking pans, utensils, dishware. Condiments and spices in a cabinet. We used the Keurig coffee maker & the provided coffee pods. Refrig has a working ice maker, a plus! for us. There is a small dining table with 4 padded chairs. An Alexa-powered security system audibly alerts when anyone comes in proximity to the doors of the house, as well as plays music on command. There are ample cordless phone chargers placed throughout. Main floor living area has 4 comfortable recliners (two couches). The basement living area has a long couch& chaise. The basement also has free old-time video games (Ms. Pac Man!) and basketball. The basement also has two washers, two dryers, another small refrigerator, & a sink with countertop. The garage “man-cave” has a pool table & mini-fridge. The back yard wood deck, sturdy wheelchair ramp & concrete patio look almost brand new. A sail-shade is stretched over the patio lounging area. Flickering lights surround the patio area. The weather was beautiful and we sat outside in the patio furniture, talking after the concert. We highly recommend this vrbo to anyone.

This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved! House was equipped with everything we needed and was clean. Neighbor hood was a little run down but that didn’t stop us from having a great time! Owner was quick to reply to any messages I sent and was great to work with. Would recommend to others and will be staying here again if we plan another trip back to Topeka.
