To make your stay even more comfortable, we include in-stay complimentary cleaning! This location is nestled in the heart of one of Denverâs most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods.
The Space:
This spacious 1,600 sq. ft. 2BD/1BA duplex comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Upstairs, you'll find a king and queen bedroom.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a partially finished basement, two off-street parking spaces, and a fenced backyard â perfect for relaxing outdoors.

We respect your privacy! However, we reserve the right to enter the property for necessary reasons such as maintenance, repairs, emergencies, or if we feel the house rules are not being followed.
đ Except in urgent situations, we will give you at least 24 hoursâ notice and do our best to coordinate a time that works for you.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250/month.
A second dog is an additional $125/month.
