This restored and tranquil 1940s rustic hideaway offers indoor and outdoor seating for six, 1 bedroom + den, full bath, and an open kitchen/dining area conducive to great conversation. Fenced outdoor play area with playhouse for kids and furry kids, RV water and power out front as well as indoor and outdoor fireplaces
Enjoy 360 views on 10 acres with picture perfect spots to soak up the sunrise, fade into the sunset, warm your bones, star gaze, sunbathe, and put your worries down awhile.
PRIME BEDROOM presents views of the night sky from the queen bed. Big dipper in plain view from your pillow in autumn.
LIVING ROOM/DEN BEDROOM pairs a trundle bed (sleeps 2) with a pellet stove. When the bed is trundled away, the room serves as a cozy living room. You can find cards and conversation starter games in the corner cabinet making it easy to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with each other.
OPEN KITCHEN AND DINING AREA is stocked with all the basics for home cooking. Ample counter space for prepping, plating, dishing, dining, talking, laughing, bonding and the like. Please Note: No Dishwasher.
OUTDOOR SUNDECK gets the full beauty of sunrise. Let the day hit you right as your coffee does.
ENCLOSED PLAYGROUND allows kids and pets to wander safely with options to keep Spot separate in his own space or let him roam while the family throws horseshoes.

OUTDOOR WOOD-BURNING STOVE keeps your late night star gazing, soul sharing sessions warm and toasty.

Remote desert location with all that implies…sun, sand, wind, wildlife and different desert critters. The house has been fully remodeled with a special attention to pest control/weatherstripping and is also professionally sprayed monthly. However please do your part and avoid leaving the doors open to prevent pests/insects/sand.
We allow only dogs, for a maximum of 2, no other animals are allowed for $100 per dog fee.
Climate control via mini splits and pellet stove.
Free satellite WiFi.
Use of RV water and power is an additional charge.
Cowboy tub is available seasonally.
