Welcome to our charming mountain house located in the prestigious gold star Arrowhead Lake Community, nestled in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. Perfect for families and groups, our spacious home offers a blend of modern amenities and rustic charm for a relaxing getaway.

House Features:
- Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Our home boasts 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two bunk beds each, perfect for kids or groups. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV for entertainment.
- Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast counter, and all the essentials you need for cooking and dining.
- Living Room: Features a smart TV for your entertainment. **Fireplace is NOT functional, decorative**
- Game Room: The basement is transformed into a large game room complete with darts, pool table, ping pong, basketball, foosball

- Outdoor Amenities:
- Patio & BBQ Grill: Enjoy the great outdoors on our large patio with a fire pit, seating area, and a BBQ grill.
- Hot Tub & Gazebo: Relax in the hot tub under the gazebo, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Community Amenities:

- Summer Fun: During the summer, take advantage of 3 outdoor pools (seasonal), basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, as well as beach volleyball.
- Lodge Facilities: The Lodge also features a gym, library, and billiards room for adults.
- Family Activities: The Welcome Center offers a game room with ping pong, air hockey, pool tables, and a dedicated space for smaller kids.
- Lakes & Beaches: Enjoy the natural beauty of Arrowhead Lake with 2 lakes and 4 pristine beaches, perfect for swimming, fishing, and boating.
- Summer Rental Shack: For added convenience, the community has a Rental Shack open during the summer season, where guests can rent sports equipment, boats, and kayaks to make the most of the lakes and recreational facilities.

Kitchen has salt, pepper, oil for basic cooking needs. Pans, pots, skillets, plates, mugs, drink and wine glasses. Silverware and kitchen utensils are also provided.
We provide starter rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. Complimentary hand soap, shampoo and body wash

**COMMUNITY FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price):
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):
1) Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per
person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free
2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay
3) Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable)
4) Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100

NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival.

**Fees are imposed by the community association; we are unable to waive or discount them.

We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.

Upon arrival, you will have to go to Rental Office to obtain your gate cards. Office open 10am-10pm. Let us know ahead of time if you plan to arrive after 10pm.

Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.
Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.
Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.
