Great!

Condo is so quiet. The size for our family was perfect( Two adults five kids) Location in the building was great for access to an elevator. Easy walk to the beach, even for our three year old. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Big enough for a whole family.

The property has plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 6 to 8 people. We were there for a wedding, so we filled the place with wedding clothes and had no problems. It’s a very secure place, almost too secure. We would rent it again if we needed that much room.

condo was great very roomy. ottoman in living room kept shedding. dryer did not get hot. and both sliding doors do not open. these things did not hamper our vacation at all. just thought owner may want to address. better access to beach would make this a must stay condo

Spacious Clean Condo with Indoor Pool

We’ve been staying at Oceanwalk for years, and love the proximity to the beach, the spacious condos and the indoor pool and hot tub! This unit is on the 5th floor with a king bed in the master and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom. Mattresses are comfortable - not plush, but seem newer with no sagging. Washer/dryer work great. Laundry hampers are included in each bathroom, which is convenient. Both a regular coffee maker and Keurig-type are available. A/C is nice and cold. 4 TVs give both adults and kids the choice to game or watch what they’d like. Check in/out is convenient. We’d definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Felt like home

Absolutely lovely stay, my husband and our 3 daughters felt like home in this condo. We used the outdoor pool several times and walked the half mile to the beach every day for sunrises and evening wave hopping. I ran the dryer every day to keep our beach towels dry. The furniture was so comfortable to relax on during the hottest parts of the day. We played games and put together a puzzle. The whole property is well maintained and we never had an issue finding parking. A few reviews complain about the patio door - yes it is hard to open, but you can lift up on the back of it to help open. There is no more flaking ottoman, but a beautiful wood coffee table in the living room. Unfortunately the master bath shower was causing a leak into the unit below, so we stopped using it on day 2 out of respect for the tenant below. A very minor inconvenience. I highly recommend this condo for your family.

Great location for the price!

Pros: - great location, easy walk to Coligny Beach if you’re not carrying much - nice, mostly stocked kitchen for cooking (bring or purchase salt, pepper, cooking oil though) - spacious, two separate tv/living areas - the air conditioning is awesome in there, don’t be scared by the humidity in the building Cons: - the sliding balcony doors were stuck closed when we stayed there, I called the owner and he got back with me quickly saying they’d be repaired while we were there but that didn’t happen. It was okay, if we wanted to go outside we just went to the beach. - the ottoman is seriously crumbling to pieces, we just kept the top flipped the whole time to avoid the flakes - the dryer does not get hot so it takes forever to dry anything - the mattresses are loud, and the walls between rooms are thin…take that information as you will - no alarm clock needed, the garbage removal will wake you up at the crack of dawn every single morning. Totally not anyone’s fault, it’s necessary, but also it was obnoxious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! I just think it would be helpful for future guests to be aware of these things while considering a vacation here.

Good, but not for more than 4 adults.

We enjoyed our stay. Both outdoor and indoor pools were nice and the indoor hottub was great. The big problem is both sofa beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. They are not for adults at all. The medal sticks up and the beds are slanted. The mattreses are old and very thin. We put the mattress from the one sofa bed onto the other sofabed, and it was still uncomfortable. We ended up getting a foam mattress topper. We had 6 adults, so 2 people did not sleep well. :-( If you don't need the extra beds, it was fine. Also, the door requires a key to unlock the deadbolt that takes 2 hands and a lot of jiggle to open the door.

First trip to HHI

We loved our stay! The kids really enjoyed having the inside and outside pool.. especially since the weather was not the greatest at the end of our stay. Condo was close enough to beach and short trips to the stores. The only negative thing I can say about the whole process was they switched buildings for key drop at the end of our stay.. and they had the wrong address in the email.. but I was able to get a hold of them immediately for the correct address. We were also only given one key fab and we had a group of 10.. but it sounds like that was a mistake as well. Overall great stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Hilton Head with family

We had a great time. The only bad thing about it is walking to the beach. It is two blocks from room. Walking with kids, chairs and pulling a wagon is difficult.

Wonderful

We had a great experience. 4 adults, 6 kids - still had a good amount of room. Very close to the beach. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool had a lot of room too. Very convenient to everything. Lots of utensils and cooking instruments in the kitchen. Clean bedding, towels and furniture.

Spring break trip

The property was wonderful. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The unit was wonderful and had everything we needed. The only negative part of the entire location was the garbage truck or something was out everything morning at 8:00 and was VERY noisy. Clanging and banging for several minutes that early every day.

Lovey, relaxing condo

We enjoyed our stay so much!!! The only issue we had was at check in - there are fobs you need to get into the building. Apparently we got new ones that weren’t working, but the property manager was very helpful in getting us something that worked! The place itself was very nicely decorated, the beds and furniture were comfy, and the place was very well supplied. My only issue really was with the dryer. I did a load of clothes and had to run it through two complete cycles to get them dry. It is vacation so not like I wanted to be doing much laundry anyway 😊 Overall we enjoyed the property so much. We spoke with several full time residents and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Also, the indoor pool and hot tub was something we enjoyed every day!

Girl's Getaway

This was a great place to stay while visiting Hilton Head. The unit was exactly as advertised. There was enough space for all of us to relax and spread out without being on top of each other. Having 2 queen beds in the second bedroom was wonderful The check-in process was a bit funky. It wasn't clear that the check-in was not at the property itself. I think it should say "off-site check-in" in the information sheets. The dryer takes a long time to dry. Thank you!

We had a great vacation!

The condo is beautiful! We had a great time. Only issue is we didn't know till the last day and there wasn't signs. But instead of walking around looking for the dumpster which is in a hidden room outside by the front driveway. Dont walk around apparently the garbage man told me there are garbage chutes on each floor to drop it to the dumpster. Also the coffee pot was gross, coffee did not taste good. There is a mini Keurig to but I hate those lol also I called maintenance as the washer sometimes didnt drain out and the dryer it took 2 or 3 drying cycles to dry the clothes. Other then that we loved it!

Excellent getaway

This was a beautiful and modern condo. Perfect location and distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for family's or groups up to 8 people.
