Bring the family to this renovated vacation rental villa in the S. Forest Beach area of Hilton Head. It has a comfortable roomy open floor plan with granite counters, stainless appliances, washer and dryer and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. It features a king bed in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom. and a brand-new queen pullout sofa. It has room 6 people and is located on the quiet top floor (2nd floor). There is an open floor plan with plenty of room to feel comfortable. You will be happy you booked this villa.
Forest Gardens is a quiet community and has nice amenities with well-maintained grounds and a large pool with plenty of seating at the pool.,
This is a top-floor villa with no one above you, an easy walk on the beach path or bike ride to the beach. Shopping and restaurants of Coligny nearby. Centrally located on the desired south end of the island with everything Hilton Head has to offer close by!

Family get away

The condo was cleanand comfortable. The location was excellent, so close to everything. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was smooth. We hope to return again soon

Great month in Hilton Head

Very comfortable quiet accommodation. Great location. My wife and I were there the whole month of March. We enjoyed it much and would return.Good communication with host. Minor issues taken care of quickly.It is a bit of a hike to the beach so it is more convenient to drive.

We made a good choice

Condo was very nice-pool was steps away from the condo-everything was clean and had everything we needed-had an issue with the wifi, called the owner and it was fixed within 30 minutes-condo was minutes away from VanDerMeer tennis facility-the condo was very quiet-we saw people at the pool and walking but from inside, it was no noice at all-really made our trip great

NIce Condo

We visit HHI a few times a year, booked late so we had to make an adjustment in condos. This unit although an older complex was very well-appointed inside, very comfortable. Only downside was in the list of Amenities it lists a gym, our property search came up negative and when asked VRBO where the gym was, we were given a link to a nearby gym. If there is no gym on property it should be eliminated or explained in the features.

Girls Week

The location was great, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The complex was quiet and we felt very safe walking. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Great stay!

We spent a long weekend in Hilton Head and were very happy with this property. The unit was beautifully remodeled. We loved the pool and proximity to the beach (and everything else!). We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Forest Garden stay

Had a wonderful 3 day stay at condo. It was very clean when we arrived and very quiet at night. Enjoyed the pool and sitting on the balcony just relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.
