Vår plats är en enorm 3 bäddar och 2 bad, utrymme på 2000 kvm. Det ligger i hjärtat av Capitol Hill. Det är mycket nära många lokala aktiviteter i Denver: Zoo, Stadiums, Botanic Garden, Downtown, Convention Center. Det är en mycket upptagen del av händer stadsdel. Många barer, restauranger och butiker runt i urban stil. Old Mansion gör det känns unikt och bekvämt. Perfekt för större grupper, familjer eller bara en enkel gateway!

Not bad, but not great

The apartment is spacious, and features contemporary furnishings as pictured. We enjoyed our stay in Denver and the host was responsive and phenomenal. The apartment itself doesn’t for the luxury title. Much of the leather furniture was cracked or damaged, the fireplace had missing bricks, an outlet did not have a cover on it, the jacuzzi tub did not work, the refrigerator didn’t work, the freezer kept things at refrigerator temperature (yes I checked the settings, it was as cold as it would go), and the granite countertop had a chunk out of it and a rather large crack. The apartment appeared clean, but our socks were quickly black in the bottom from walking around, it needed a good mopping. The neighborhood itself is the biggest drawback. Parking was hard to find, there were a lot of individuals loitering around at all hours, we witnessed multiple arrests in the Papa John’s parking lot and corner of Colfax/Marion. One morning there were multiple cars with broken windows by morning due to break ins. Security on the apartment wasn’t up to par. There were three locked doors to get in, but the first was easily opened by reaching through a gate, the second was often propped open. We made the best of our stay, but would find a different place next time around.

Never Again

The host for this property was unresponsive to my request for compensation after there was no security throughout the night, water leaked from the ceiling fixtures, and the bathtub jacuzzi tub not working. The area is sketchy and unsafe to park at night. 3 locked doors to get in, yet the doors were propped open for partygoers all night.

Denver get away

Stayed at this lovely space with my son and his dog. The location was perfect and the apartment was everything we needed. Easy to walk to everything. The apartment is well appointed. No central a/c but there are 2 wall units that cooled enough. The owner was amazing and instructions for check in/out were clear and easy. I would definitely stay again

City Park West, Denver

The rental was nice for young 30' somethings and was the perfect get away to have family together for the Xmas Holiday. Close to many activities and venues to enjoy. It has a nice layout with plenty of living space to host a small group. The Xmas decorations was a nice extra touch! The dishwasher was not working and due to the holiday and missed communications(not hosts fault), was not dealt with during our stay. I'm sure it will be ok for the next guests. Enjoyed our time there and would recommend to others as a nice place to stay.

Perfect spot for adults

Bakery, pizza, tacos and cars all within walking distance. Kingas place was charming and unique. The master bath glass shower looking over the rooftop balcony is something to experience. Plenty of price ACH and space.

The location was very inaccurate, and not in a good neighborhood like the reviews said it was. We did not feel safe even walking around the area and had to dodge homeless people every time we left the property. The beds were uncomfortable and one of the showers had huge windows with no curtains facing towards the neighbors where a man was roofing all day just feet away from the shower. The other shower didn’t drain and had no AC in the bedroom. It was very loud and smelled heavily of marijiana at all hours. We ended up leaving and going to a hotel for the remainder of our trip.

Most beautiful place ever!

Absolutely Perfect!

Not only was our apartment absolutely perfect and met every possible need while we were in Denver, but also Kinga's bar downstairs was amazing! Such a great group of people. I LOVE STAYING HERE!

This was our 2nd time staying with Kinga this year. The 1st time we were at the top Penthouse and this time the 2nd floor. I enjoyed the 2nd floor more as long as you are ok with a little noise. It was a girls trip and once again we had a blast! Can't wait for next time!!
