This stunning open floor plan home boasts a sophisticated and roomy living area, complimented by lots of natural light that is perfect for gatherings and creating cherished memories.
The kitchen is designed with generous marble countertops, modern stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island with seating, and a dining space ideal for entertaining and enjoying meals together.

First Floor:
Experience the luxury of the expansive first-floor king suite, complete with remote-controlled blinds and Bermuda shutters for optimal light control. The en-suite bathroom is a true sanctuary, featuring an oversized shower with a bench and rainfall shower head, a deep soaking tub, and a double vanity sink. You'll also find a stylish powder room on this level.

Second Floor: Ascend to the second floor where you'll discover a welcoming foyer with an arcade machine and a cozy sitting area—perfect for family gatherings and creating lasting memories. Relax on one of the four pool loungers, or head to the outdoor entertainment area, equipped with a Blackstone flat top grill, comfortable seating area ideal for watching sports, a ping pong table, and a fun corn hole setup—perfect for socializing and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Outstanding home and vacation

Beautiful accommodations for our family of 12, including 3 littles. The pool and pool shelf was perfect for the kids and allowed for lots of time to swim and talk. The golf cart made morning coffee runs a blast! The house was perfect for naps upstairs and games downstairs. We made so many family meals on the blackstone plus also ate some great meals out. Traveling to the beach was so easy. We did the chair/ umbrella set up one day and it was well worth it! Thank you for providing a perfect place for great family memories

Beautiful home, great service!

We had a wonderful stay. We were a bit worried not being on the beach but it was a (we actually timed it) 3 minute bike ride to the beach. Publix was super convenient as were a few restaurants. The pool was great to cool off in and the spacious home was easy to relax in.
