The exquisite property is in the heart of Dubai’s most popular seafront living destination - Emaar Beachfront and its premier residence, Beach Vista, Tower 1. This outstanding 108m2 apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible by lift.

The beautifully designed living room has a plush white sofa, a vibrant blue armchair and a modern coffee table, creating a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. There's also a large smart TV that is perfect for watching all your favourite shows.

A huge balcony embraces the entire 2-bedroom apartment and acts like a gallery for the breathtaking full sea view and amazing sunsets.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has twin beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

One of the apartment's highlights is the direct access to the private 750-metre white powdery beach.

This luxurious apartment offers not just a home but an amazing experience, waking up to the soothing sounds of the sea and feeling the breeze.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

A 10-minute drive takes you to the iconic Palm Jumeirah, while the world-class shopping experience at Dubai Mall is just 20 minutes away by car. You can reach Dubai Airport in 30 minutes, ensuring easy travel.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
