You can easily spend a day exploring nearby towns with the convenience of free street parking on our block, but you won't even need your car to experience Savannah's famous beauty and charm.

Inside, you'll find a cozy and inviting space with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools a daily cook would need, perfect for whipping up a delicious meal with local ingredients. And when it's time to relax, both the bedroom and living room feature Roku Smart TVs for your entertainment.

But the true gem of this suite is its location. Step outside and take in the picturesque streets lined with moss-draped trees, and feel the magic of Savannah's rich history all around you. Every street is filled with something to discover, and with our downtown location, you'll have access to it all.

Please note that this suite is located below a three bedroom house, so you may occasionally hear some noise from the guests above. However, with your own private entrance and complete privacy, you can still enjoy a peaceful and restful stay.

Noise is a big deal in Savannah. The City Ordinance states that a sound can't be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.

-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.

-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.


-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Smoking will incur a $250 fine.

- Bath products are for use during your stay and are not to be taken.
