Great place to host a family get together

Perfect location, very open yet secluded at the same time. Big house with a large master suite. lots of room in the house for gatherings, Felt like a vacation home and not staying at some ones house in a tract neighborhood. Will stay again!

California Beach party

Quiet secluded neighborhood but minutes to the stores and beach. Rooms were very large and lots of living room space for everyone and a 14 seat kitchen table, great for big meals together! Plus everything you need for the beach! Highly recommend for family vacation!

Family beach vacation

Wonderful outdoor living space, hot tub was amazing and the outdoor shower was awesome. Plenty of room for games and movies after going to the beach.

great place for a gathering

we had my rehearsal here and it had lots of places to hang and sit and we had a great stay. the toilets were slow to flush and fill and didnt do well with more people using them but overall great

Excellent location with all the amenities and well maintained.

Our family was in town for a wedding in San Marcos. This is a great central location with a close drive to the beaches in Carlsbad. The house is very nice and very private. All the amenities you need for a nice family get away. Patty is a very gracious host and welcomed us upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this location and will come back again.

Family vacation

The house was amazing it also had a beautiful back yard and an area that everyone could enjoy. The owner of the house was great to work with. They gave use a lot of information for what was around the area to do. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large family that wants to spend some quality time together in a area that is relaxing and peaceful.

Perfect

We had a great time in vista. The house was perfect. The only thing we were missing was the food.Indoor and out door space great. Kids loved it no one wanted to leave . We plan to stay longer next year.Awesome home away from home!

Great San Diego Family Home

As a former San Diego north county resident, this was the perfect home for our family reunion of 6 adults and 4 children. The home is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. And I can’t speak more highly of Patty O’Banion, the owner. She was simply wonderful to work with and extremely supportive. It was a joy to stay at her property.

Graduation Celebration
