Excellent beach house. Truly incredible views. Perfect location and ease of use. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of fun things to do at the beach (boogie boards) and games, large screen tvs, etc. House layout is excellent for privacy among guests. We had the BEST TIME!! And the host even gave us a heads up that a Space X launch was happening the next morning (which we caught on camera). The house provided a perfect view of the entire launch!! Loved everything about this house. (The only thing I’d add is they could use a few beach towels )

Our family had a wonderful time staying here and enjoyed the beach as well as the home. The bedrooms are comfortable, living room areas were clean and comfortable as well. Ample outdoor space and options regardless of the weather. Sitting on the porch for sunrises and watching dolphins was a highlight. Mere steps to the beach made enjoying our time even easier. Close to St Augustine for some shopping and dinner out in town. Owner was easy to communicate with and everything was very well organized. Kitchen had ample items for preparing meals. Highly recommend staying here! We plan to return in the future.

Excellent home for a family vacation! Tom is a great communicator and always available. Best beach access I’ve experienced along with shelling opportunity. Super quiet area only a short distance from entertainment and shopping.

We had an amazing stay at the house. The location was unbeatable, directly on the beach but in the quiet part of South Ponte Vedra. Everything was very clean and the house was as advertised. Definitely would stay again!

From start to finish to finish Tom was an excellent host! Going above and beyond for our every need even before we booked the property! Communication was Excellent, house was fully stocked with paper goods, towels, toys, games and anything you could ever need for a beach vacation!!!! 10/10 would recommend!

The house was incredible, and the host was exceptional! The beach access was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be booking this house again for future stays!

Toms house was incredible! We had the best time and created memories that will last a lifetime. The house was steps away from the beach making it very easy to handle toddlers on the beach that want to be in and out throughout the day. The house was equipped with everything we needed during the trip. I can tell Tom really takes care of the property as it was very clean and zero maintenance needed. This house if perfect with families with or without kids!! We plan to come back next year.

If you are considering a beach stay you won’t find at better home at the price. Tom has kept the home up with great maintenance and everything was clean and prepared for our visit . This house is the best and fullest equipped VRBO we have stayed in to date. We spent a week of playing on the beach, surf fishing and cooking at the house. Tom also has pool table, games, books and beach playthings to keep you as busy as you want to be. Last as an owner he is very responsive and a great communicator. So go and stay and wake up to beautiful sunrises and great days and relax.

Fall family getaway

Great location on the beachfront and perfect for a single family vacation. We stayed in September and the weather and water was a great temperature to be outside all day long. Recommend this spot.
