Tucked away down a quiet lake road sits this beautiful home. Goodyear Lakehouse has a unique setting on the lake, a large, gernally flat and open lawn surrounds the home, with the lake down below. Enjoy a firepit in the yard for night time stargazing, or the deck at the top of the stairs to the water for coffee and relaxtion. The waterfront is great for fishing and paddlesports.

Inside the home you will be greeted by your hosts excellent taste in art and decor. Goodyear Lakehouse feels more like a showroom and less like a vacation rental. Unique lighting thoughout, bold statement art pieces, beautiful paint colors and thoughtful furniture choices make this home truly great.

The 1st floor has a large open kitchen, living and dining area with lake views visible from inside, as well as acces to a covered front porch and a large rear deck overlooking the water below. There is also a terriffic 1st floor King primary bedroom with ensuite bath, attached lounge/office space and direct access to the rear deck. Wake up and enjoy the views right from bed or through the sliding doors to the deck which is just steps away. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms with different bedding configurations for your groups needs. A Queen room, the 'upstairs suite', a room with a Queen and 2 twins, the 'family suite, and the kids favorite a room with 2 Double beds, the 'jungle room'! There is a shared hallway bathroom with tub shower on the 2nd floor as well. Each room has its own SmartTV, and the 'upstairs suite" and the 'family suite' each have a desk space overlooking the water for those who must WFH during their stay.

Awesome house that met all of our needs for a week at Cooperstown!

Perfect place to stay on the water while playing in Cooperstown!

Goodyear lake was perfect for our three families while our boys played in Cooperstown- Dreams Park! Perfect for fishing, whiffle ball, camp fires and spending time together. The downstairs open concept was great so we could all be together. It was close to Dreams Park as well!

more than enough space, love the whole layout. plenty linen. only problem is there wasnt enough hot water and i wish you would have cleaned and hose down the outside decks.
