Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Quiet and Close to Sites

Stayed with family to see lights at Maine Gardens. Well appointed kitchen but no spices to cook with. Lovely spot, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Bedroom locations allow privacy.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful comfortable home. The only reason I could not give it five stars all the way is that it was advertised to have a "cozy" gas fireplace (and the reason I chose the home) but when we arrived, we were not permitted to use it. Apparently, the owners made this decision after I rented the place. However, otherwise, the home was clean, well-supplied, and very comfortable. It was also centrally located about 20minutes from everywhere we planned to visit. We very much enjoyed our stay despite the fireplace issue.

The perfect cozy getaway!

Such a nice surprise that this home has a water view! This cozy home was everything we were looking for! The property is wonderful with a restaurant close by and communal fire pit near the water. The neighborhood is very peaceful; we loved sitting on the porch with our morning coffee. Visiting during chilly weather, the fireplace warmed up the entire home. We loved having 3 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen! This is a perfect home for a “let’s stay-in” type of getaway but also so many cute towns close by to explore! We cannot wait to visit again; would travel all the way from California every year just to stay here 😊❤️
