Around the corner is a lovely open and modern kitchen. The cook in the group will enjoy whipping up home-cooked meals with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Prefer to dine alfresco? There is a mini fridge and built-in BBQ outside – the perfect spot to prepare and grill some burgers for the crew.

End the night with a quick dip in the pool or take a relaxing soak under the stars in the large hot tub.

Weary after an adventure-filled day, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king, the 2nd bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a sofa couch, and a desk - ideal for any kids needing a quiet space to do some homework or anyone working remotely. All bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with flatscreen TVs. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers.

The home also has a washer and dryer. Throw in a load after hitting the trails at Usery Mountain Regional Park or spending a day at Sagura Lake.

Breakaway Stay

Wife and friends stayed at the house while attending the Breakaway Festival. Was great to be located walking distance to the grounds. Having a house with a Pool was amazing for passing the time each day while prior to showtime.

Great location for Sloan Park

Booked a long weekend to see a couple of cubs games. Walking distance to restaurants and the park. Pool was a little cold, but the kids really didn’t mind. Hot tub could have used more water and maintenance. Overall a good experience.

Great little house, needs a little help

We really enjoyed the house overall and would probably stay again. The only real issue we had was that the dryer lint trap did not seat properly in the dryer and ended up tearing multiple pieces of our clothing. We cant get the property manager to respond on this.
