Njut av naturen och höra vågorna i vår nyrenoverade lägenhet, bara två kvarter längs en trä väg till den vackra stranden. Amelia Landningar Resort ligger i 9 tunnland trädbevuxen "parkliknande" skäl, bara en kort avstånd till allt denna vackra ö har att erbjuda.

Vår första våningen i lägenheten är mycket trevligt, rena och bekväma. Det totalrenoverades 2012 med nya golv, rostfritt stål köksmaskiner och nya skåp. Vi erbjuder en trevlig inredning, stora Farstukvist, en drottning säng i master och två enkelsängar i gäst svit. Varje sovrum har sitt eget badrum. Fullt utrustat kök som inkluderar en tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Njut av en lugn måltid på baksidan skärmad veranda. Eller surfa på webben med vår trådlösa bredbandstjänst. Det finns gott om utrymme för att underhålla vänner och familj. Lyssna på fåglarna och slappna av - det här är din semester!

Den olympiska storlek pool är bara några steg bort med gott om solstolar. Beach handdukar.

Second time there

We live in South Carolina and meet family from South Florida at Amelia island. This is the second time we have rented this place and we continue to enjoy it. Has all the amenities needed, is a great central location for the island, and a short walk to the beach.

Perfect condo getaway in a great location!

This is a great condo for staying at the beach. Very nicely decorated and loved the outside porch, it was a great quiet spot one afternoon when we had rain showers. Owner has all the essentials stocked for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it to anyone that might be looking for a beach condo!

Great size, nicely decorated, really perfect! Only problem for me personally were the steps into the condo. I wish they had been mentioned in the description. If a few steps are not a problem for you, this place is perfect.

This place was just perfect - 3 of us on a getaway. Beach walking distance, pool at complex, and screened in porch overlooking woods that was so beautiful, especially in the mornings for quiet times. Just Perfection!

Birthday Weekend!

My sister and I visited the area to celebrate my great-nephew's 1st birthday. The condo was the perfect location for us as everywhere we needed to go was within a few miles. The condo is in a great location for shopping, dining, attractions, and the beach. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The swing on the screened in porch was a favorite spot to relax!

Gal Pal Weekend

The porch was to die for! We sat out there at the end of the day and just chitted and chatted! It was close to the beach, shopping and downtown. Couldn't get the Derby on the TV, but that was ok. We were able to watch it at the Surf restaurant while we ate supper and had a few drinks.

Location, location, location!

Did I mention the location is perfect! This is a cozy home that sits in a quiet area tucked back off a bustling beachside road. Close to putt putt, parks, beach, groceries, restaurants and Starbucks lol. Home has everything you need. (Even my belt that I left accidentally) I did have some trouble with changing lock to personal code but that was probably my own issues. I did not use the pool since it rained quite a bit but the home is so sound proof that without seeing the lightning I would not have known it was storming. I would def come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Just What We Needed!

Dee's condo was perfect for our family of 4! The location is fabulous, in terms of location on the island and location within the condo community. It's close to the pool, right across from the beach access trail, and on the 1st floor (no lugging stuff up and down steps!). It's an easy walk to the beach, but we soon discovered you can park directly on the beach if you have 4WD/AWD. What a treat! We wound up leaving our beach gear in the car and driving over most days. There are some restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf in walking distance. If you want to rent bikes or beach gear, The Beach Store & More is in walking distance and has everything you need. Downtown is a short drive away and parking was plentiful. The condo is stocked with lots of extras (toiletries, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, etc.) and plenty of towels. It was great having a full-sized washer and dryer! I also loved how small the complex is. The pool was never crowded and we never heard a peep from the neighbors. Just the relaxing and easy vacation we've been needing! I would highly recommend Dee's condo and hope to return.

Great Stay!

This property was really clean and comfortable. It was like staying at a friends house. Can't recommend it enough! Close to the beach and downtown. Also, very close to groceries and other places to eat.

Nicely stocked & decorated. The door lock is a bit tricky at 1st. I was ecstatic to find nice size wine glasses & a crockpot provided since I forgot mine! I would rent again.

Property was exactly as advertised. The first night, the lock on the sliding door to the porch locked itself, and we had to call the police to help us get back in. Aside from that, it was exactly what it was advertised as.

Condo description could be better. “First floor unit” actually has 5 stairs to access, which wasn’t mentioned. Important info for persons with mobility issues. Kitchen is okay. For shorter persons the dryer and some cabinets will be hard to reach. Bed in master is full sized, not queen. Bathrooms have not been renovated, have two tub/shower combos. Some minor maintenance was required from us. Could use pest control as we found palmetto bug droppings in the cabinets and a dead one on the kitchen floor. Used bath soap left, not new. Few items left in fridge. Dining table is bistro size with wooden chairs. For the price, i would have thought the decor would be more updated. The location to the beach is great. Historic area about 15 minutes. Loved Amelia Island.

So cozy and tranquil

A wonderful place to stay. 5 stars all the way. The condo is so comfortable and cozy. The location is great. The pool was so nice and clean. The swing was a nice touch. We had everything we needed right there. Will definitely come back to this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
