Du kommer att vara några steg från stranden. Det finns TV-apparater i hela rummet och balkonger i alla rum! Den första nivån erbjuder ett sovrum och badkar, rymligt stort rum, matplats och ett kök med en frukostbar. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet inkluderar bekväma soffor, en stor HDTV och tillgång till ett havsdäck för solbad. Ställ in din bärbara dator och njut av gratis Wi-Fi. Perfect Get Away!

This unit was so easy to check in and everything was neat and clean upon arrival. The property manager was so good about communicating with us before, during and after our stay. The only thing that would have made the long weekend more perfect was if we had caught fish!!!!

Cozy, relaxing getaway

We spent four lovely days and plan to come back as soon as we can. The house is well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, and Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island are charming areas that aren't as touristy as some other Florida beaches. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

Space is great with plenty of spots to be together or find a quiet solo space as well. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy walk to the beach. Walking distance to couple restaurants. Comfortable beds. Clean. No complaints from my group of age 50 ladies. We will be back for another girls' trip to Fernandina Beach.

Property needs a deep clean

Property is not as expected. Location and access is great but not clean as all, only had one roll of toliet paper per bathroom. Beach chairs broken, blower dryer broken, dishes and pots and pans not clean. Showers were dirty. Plus we were asked to do the laundry and take out trash, not sure why they charge a cleaning fee as their cleaning people are not keeping up this property.

Basic on the beach

The property was very basic. The location was perfect. The master suite King bed and guest Queen Beds were very comfortable, but the twin beds were rock firm so my youngest tried to sleep on the couch pull out and that was not comfortable either. The place could use some new twin beds, new couches (so worn you almost fall off). Bring your own paper towels and a sink sponge as those items were not in the unit. We arrived in a Chevy Silverado with a shell and a rack on top and fit under the carport cover, but it was tight. The place was clean, easy to check into. The property management company was very responsive to any questions I had prior to making the reservation. There were supposed to be keys in the unit to deadbolt the door and there was not, so I emailed them and they got back to me right away.

Wonderful Location in Fernandina

We were pleased with the condo. It is situated close to so many good restaurants. There was ample room for the 3 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. Our room upstairs had another great view with seating outside of our room. Loved the seating area on the beachfront side. Thoroughly enjoyed the view and all the critters—Gopher and rabbits. The pictures are old!

The unit looked like the pictures but they were probably 8 years old. The toilets were stained. The carpet was stained. One bedroom had large white patches on the wall. There were 3 unmatched wine glasses so bring your own. The two bedrooms on the front of the house got a lot of street noise traffic at night making it hard to sleep.
