Njut av din lugna semester i "SLONEZ Villa" ligger vid vattnet i Caye Caulker Island (CC). Vi är bara några minuter från centrum av Caye Caulker Village. Det är ett bekvämt gångavstånd, men när du anländer med bagage, ta en golf-cart taxi. Det finns gott om dem och de är prisvärda.

Vår magiska ön har mycket att erbjuda. Du kan ta promenad längs stranden med den sista levande Reef i detta halvklotet i sikte - eller ta Snorkling resa till HolChan Marine Reserve, eller Caye Caulker Marine Reserve och simma med vänliga sjuksköterska hajar och stingrockor - och bara koppla av i turquoise- blå vattnet i vår magnifika hav. Du kan utforska närliggande Amber Island, bara en halvtimme bort med vattentaxi. Du kan ta en dagsutflykt till fastlandet, för att se gamla Maya platser och utforska kulturen och se hur de levde.

Vår villa har en nedre enhet för dig att njuta, och är fullt utrustad med två sovrum finns, kök, badrum och vardagsrum. Köket är utrustat med full spis, stort kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, kaffebryggare och alla bestick du behöver. Men med det stora antalet bra restauranger på ön i gångavstånd, som erbjuder lokala och internationella rätter, kan du vara äta en hel del! De är rimligt prissatta.
Varje sovrum sover två personer. Ett sovrum har dubbelsäng och de andra 2 enkelsängar. Båda har nya A / C-enheter och fläktar.
Promenad till stad är vackra och sömnig, ungefär en halv mil beroende på var du vill gå. Om du inte går typ, kan du använda våra 4 gratis cyklar. De är tillgängliga för dig att utforska den här bilden perfekt ö, eller så kan du hyra en golfbil. Låt oss veta och vi kommer att hjälpa dig med det. "Go Slow" kanske ön motto, men är också roligt att gå lite snabbare på grusvägar. Du kan tillbringa en avkopplande stund med en bok - eller göra absolut ingenting och bara sola på vår privata brygga med Palapa och hängmattor. Vi ligger i ett lugnt och fridfullt område, så njut!
För scuba älskare, den berömda Blue Hole väntar på att utforska och det finns
många dyk operatörer som kan ta dig dit. Och du verkligen inte behöver bära skor här!

Rental could use some TLC

We loved our stay in Caye Caulker and while this rental worked out OK for us there were some issues that could be addressed that people should know about before selecting it. First the positives: the owner lives next door and is super friendly and helpful, giving us good information about the island and places to go. There are 4 bicycles to use and since there were 5 of us they got us another one which was great. Ela allowed us the use of her pool at her house next door which was clean and refreshing. There's a funny little washing machine outside that we used which was a nice benefit and we hung our clothes out on the line. The house was clean, had adequate linens and the manager got us some pool towels from a locked cabinet (I'm not sure why they were locked up). The negatives: the photos were obviously taken quite a long time ago and much has changed. The aerial view does not show the large pink house next door and the owner's house behind- all of which are surrounded by tall chain link fences. The waterfront area has become murky, muddy and smells foul and certainly no one would swim there. The house is located in a quiet area away from the village though certainly not too far to bike, but is in an area that looks like a wasteland - some houses and trees have been leveled all around it - I'm not sure what is happening there. The interior of the house is OK, we had the bottom unit. The bedrooms are over sized while the living/dining/kitchen areas are quite small. Be aware that while the AC in the bedrooms is nice and cold, this cold air does not reach out to the living area where an extremely uncomfortable old futon opens up to a bed. The heat makes it virtually impossible to sleep in this room. For this reason, I would not recommend more than 4 people rent this house. The refrigerator in the photos has been replaced by a very small one that does not have a working freezer, hence no ice and hardly any room to store drinks, let alone food. This house is for sale which may explain why the owner isn't motivated to put any money into updates. It seemed expensive to me compared to other choices once I saw what it was really like. Caye Caulker is a beautiful island and we came here knowing it is not an upscale resort area and not expecting perfection. We had a wonderful vacation but it could have been improved with a little more effort on this rental property.

We loved it!

Very clean and adorably decorated - the owner lives best door and offered use of their pool - very sweet. The fridge could use updating - nearly impossible to make ice - the bikes are starting to get rickety - it's about a mile to town so the bikes helped a lot - seemed like a safe residential neighborhood - overall we adored the property

Comfortable home on the quiet side of the Caye

Comfortable house for a family. It was nice to be in the more residential area of the island. About 1.5 miles from the other tip of the island we got around by bike and walking each day. The house had good outside space and a kitchen we cooked in most nights. Thank you!

Very easy to get to. Beautiful home with lots of space.

The owner, Jerry helped us get settled in. Then the house manager Levita came and walked us thru the house and the rules. It was a beautiful home with very large, comfortable bedrooms and top notch AC units in each room. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The living room and dining area was perfect for the 4 adults in our group. Very sound proof as well, never heard the owners upstairs. The outdoor space was great but be prepared for sand flies and mosquitoes, something you just have to deal with in tropical places. They did provide coils for the bugs that helped a lot. Very grateful for the use of the 4 bicycles for free jn order to get around the island. Overall a perfect experience!

Tranquil and relaxing

I spent a week here at Slo-N-EZ. It is tucked away at the end of a quiet residential street and opens up in the front to an awesome water view, with dock access for water activity. This unit has two bedrooms tactfully decorated and comfortable beds. Our linens were changed mid week which was nice. A full kitchen made it easy to prepare food from a grocery in the neighborhood and several others close by. There are bikes to use or the walk into the village is only one mile and a little, so an easy stroll, with several delicious choices of restaurants and cafes. Ela and Jerry were so great in welcoming me and my daughter to thier place, and with using the washer :) which is a huge plus when visiting Belize! The wifi was excellent. All in all, my experience at this house was just what I needed for a relaxing exploration of Caye Caulker. Thanks you two and Ami also!!!

War o.k.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, Klimaanlage war gut. Küchenausstattung war nicht gerade üppig, aber o.k.- Der Steg mit den Hängematten war abends attraktiv. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Störend empfanden wir das Dieselaggregat, das die Insel mit Strom versorgt. Entfernung ca. 1km aber trotzdem unangenehm

Nice quiet location

Such a nice, relaxing spot! Very comfortable and great amenities. The owners Ela and Jerry were very helpful and nice to visit with. Great to have bike to easily get around the island! We really enjoyed our time here.
