After a day of sun and surf, return home to unwind with a favorite movie on the 65-inch HDTV. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV and DVD player, offering everyone a space to relax. Prepare a delicious meal in the fully appointed kitchen, while your sous chefs keep you company at the bar-height breakfast counter. For added convenience, the condo also includes a full-size laundry room and high-speed WiFi.
The Sanctuary community offers fantastic on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is Little Island Park with its 400-foot fishing pier, children's playground, and courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, offering beach access and scenic hiking trails.

• The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

The living room is elegantly furnished with a plush sectional sofa, perfect for lounging after a long day at the beach. Double sliding glass doors allow direct access to the patio. Just below is the pool/bbq area and a place to take in the salty breeze.

The condo has an open-concept living area, seamlessly flowing into the dining area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The dining table seats six, making it the perfect spot for a family dinner or a game night.

The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower, complete with fresh towels. One single twin memory foam Roll-away bed and a Queen size memory foam floor mattress in the closet.

The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk, a single twin memory foam rollaway bed and and is decorated with neutral beach tones for an enjoyable and relaxing night sleep. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hall and has a shower/tub combination.

This home has high speed WiFi, in unit washer dryer, central heat and air and plenty of linens. All TV's are smart TV's.
