If you choose to venture beyond the relaxing pool and yard at Cape SeaRenity, you'll find that everything on Cape Cod is just a short drive away.

For Those With Mobility Limitations: Accessing the home will require a few steps. Bedrooms and sleeping areas are on the second floor and the basement. There is a 1/2 bathroom on the first floor. If someone with mobility limitations prefers to sleep in the lounge or living room on the first floor, we can provide an air mattress. Those with mobility issues would need to access the 2nd floor bathroom(s). Please ask us for additional information to make an informed choice for your vacation!
Traveling With Infants And Toddlers: While Cape SeaRenity isn’t fully baby-proofed, we strive to accommodate families with little ones. Please contact us to discuss how we can meet your needs, including the availability of items like high chairs and pack-'n-plays. We will do our best to accommodate! Please know that the pool is NOT fenced and children can NEVER be left unsupervised and doors to the yard should be locked and monitored by adults at all times.
No Pets Policy: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets :/ Please ask ProHost about boarding options in the area (Erin and Chuck have used a place in Sandwich to board their furry friend and he loves it!)
Guest access:
The entire home is open to guests. Additionally, the patio, yard, and pool are exclusively for guests to enjoy.
Other things to note:
We are hands-on and responsive hosts. We want you to enjoy your vacation in peace. However, if you have any questions, preferences, or special requirements, we will respond promptly and do whatever we can to accommodate you. We want this vacation/visit to be amazing!

PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations (even those within the full or partial refund window) will be net of credit card fees (~4% per transaction). We have no control over these fees and when they are charged they are gone for good. We've researched far and wide and have not found a solution to this issue. By booking you agree to this policy. Thank you for understanding and we will continue to look for better options on credit card fees and refunds.
Please be kind to the home and the property. We understand you are on vacation, and we want you to relax and have a great time! However, we kindly ask that you and your fellow visitors treat the home as if it were your own family vacation home. Additionally, other guests want to enjoy the space as it was intended. Please practice common cleanliness and courtesy with the items in and around the home. We greatly appreciate this!
TRASH - On Monday evening (or Tuesday morning) please ensure all your trash and recycling is in the barrels located by the garage. You should also consider moving your cars out of this driveway to make room for the trash truck that will arrive on Tuesday. It is important to bring the trash out each week, so the next guest has space for their trash.
PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE SEPTIC. The system is the last line of defense between waste and the local environment. Flushing ANYTHING other than toilet paper will jeopardize the system. Thank you!
No candles or any other open flames permitted in the home. There are flashlights available if there is a power outage (see safety).
No parties (small gatherings are fine).
When enjoying the patio and pool (outdoors), you must use plastic glassware. Broken glass can be tough to spot, and we don’t want anyone to get a cut. There is plastic glassware available in the kitchen. Broken glass in or around the pool must be reported immediately and the pool will need to be drained and cleaned at the guest’s expense. This can range from $900-$1500 depending on the availability of the professional pool cleaners.
Be considerate of neighbors who may need to work in the morning and have young children.
If utilizing the A/C or heat in the home, please make sure the windows/doors are closed. This will minimize energy waste. (Nightly rates are directly tied to our costs - including utilities. If these costs rise, our nightly rates will likely rise, also).
Promptly alert ProHost® of any concerns/issues that arise during your stay. We prefer to address any matters as quickly as possible to make your stay wonderful.
If something is damaged or stained (we get it, stuff happens!) please let ProHost® know ASAP. The sooner we can assess the issue, the better chance we have of minimizing the extent of the damage.
Please use paper towels to clean spills. The bath and beach towels should not be used to clean small spills, for kids’ clean-up, or for makeup removal. Makeup removal towels are available in the bathrooms.
Some days may require that we (or the homeowner/vendor) come on-site to mow the lawn or tend to maintenance of the property. If we require access to the house (inside), we will do our very best to give you a heads-up prior to arrival. This would be an unusual situation.
