The combined living and dining area are furnished with LED lighting and modern furniture that will exceed your expectations. Glass windows allow for plenty of natural light to illuminate the space, and along with vinyl flooring and finishes, create a pleasant, warm ambiance.

- NO SMOKING. $500 fee if guest(s) smoke inside the unit/building.
- Respect of quiet hours in the unit/building (10pm - 8am)
- The cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". Any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $100 fee.
- We reserve the right to remove any guest from our property at ANY TIME for violation of these rules.
- Unless previously requested AND approved, there will be a late checkout fee of $50 per 30 minutes after checkout time beginning at 11:01am.
