Nice property for a quick family weekend stay. The room had a nice layout and was as described. The hallway had a funky smell, but it didn’t bother us when we were in the room.

Great resort, well maintained and affordable. Great location with a fantastic beach front bar/restaurant with lots of live entertainment and Karaoke.

T1815 wont stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was very nice, went to Quarter Deck daily inly twice was service good. Bartenders great, servers to busy hanging in the back talking. Each time had to find one and ask for service or to payBIGGEST COMPLAINT - bed in master bedroom was so hard as if no mattress or bare minimum. Ended up on couch, not pulled out, to sleep. Kids twin beds were bad also, younger so tolerable

Ok, but there are issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall condo was in decent shape, but there are a few concerning issues. - Master bed was extremely uncomfortable from being hard. To the point I went to Walmart and purchased a topper in order to ensure I could sleep properly for the rest of the week. Also the mattress did not have a mattress on it. Only a fitted sheet.- Couch had stains all over it and we put a cover on it to make us more comfortable to sit on it. - One of the twin bed mattresses had dried blood on it which we covered with a towel.

Overall the condo was ok. The building is very dated. There was a horrible odor every where in the building and around the outside. Like sewage or rotten garbage. The condo is on the 18th floor and you can hear everything sound from outside. The wait for an elevator was annoying.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great vacation and the lodging and staff were nice. The cleanliness of the place could have improved. It wasn’t swept entirely, things were found under bed and in corners. Just dust and dirt places. However, other people commented about the bed being bad- we didn’t think it was bad. We got five good nights of sleep. The lodging had puzzles and books downstairs. We enjoyed those. It really is a gem of a condo. My favorite is the tall beach chairs on the balcony that we sat and drank coffee on in the mornings. We had some concerns with the main bath bc the tub would work. The management came up to fix it and ended up having to put a work order in. Super nice people. We will return.
