Välkommen till den nyrenoverade (8/18) "R & R Retreat" Ocean View Condo i önskvärd Surfside Beach. Pristine Surfside Beach har en "familjevänlig" atmosfär. Denna lägenhet på första våningen sitter en rad från stranden med havsutsikt från din egen balkong. Bara några steg från stranden med bra tillgång till stranden. Komplexet är litet med utmärkt parkering och har en mycket stor pool för gäster i Pelican Pass. Centralt beläget i närheten av Myrtle Beach, Garden City och Murrells Inlet med många attraktioner som inkluderar: golf, restauranger, shopping, utomhusaktiviteter och mycket mer.

Vi är mycket glada och nöjda med renoveringen. Ny färg, golv, möbler och armaturer / tillbehör. Vår lägenhet är större än den typiska 2 sovrum - 2 bad hittar du i området. Det är fullt möblerat och väntar på dig! En annan positiv är poolen och parkering som ligger bara några steg från lägenheten. Poolen är en full storlek pool.

Great vacation spot

We had a great stay at our rental condo! It was a perfect location to walk to the beach and also the new pier area. Condo was clean and recently remodeled! Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was also clean and well maintained! Would definitely stay there again!

Awesome location

The location was perfect. A short walk across the street to the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars! The condo was clean and homey! We hope to book again next year!

Nice getaway

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Condo was squeaky clean. Easy check in. We had the pool mostly to ourselves during our stay. We enjoyed watching the people and traffic going up and down the street on the balcony. Close to everything! Just wish he had stayed more days!

Great fall family beach vacation!

Our family loved this property! It is located in a very clean and quiet area of Surfside Beach and has plenty of parking. Short walk across the street to public beach access and large pool right outside our door. We had everything we needed in the condo and especially enjoyed the deck overlooking Ocean Blvd while having coffee or snacks. We will definitely be back during an off season vacation-thank you!!

Condo was centrally located in beautiful Surfside Beach. It was clean and very comfortable. Had to contact host and he was very responsive and helpful. I would give this property 5 stars.

Excellent Condo!

We stayed at Roger’s condo Labor Day weekend while visiting our daughter who attends CCU. He was excellent at communicating with us and the condo was very clean. The location was excellent - right across street from beach. Walking distance to Surfside restaurants. Only recommendation I have for visitors is to get the linen package! I made the mistake & missed that on the description. So we had to bring our own bedding and towels. It was my mistake but wanted to include in case someone else misses it like I did.

Better than expected

My wife and I stayed here and it was great. Pictures are exactly how it looks. Very well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was never anyone but us there. Roger was great with communicating. Honesty the place is perfect for a couple or up to 4 people. Only issue we had was one morning woke up and someone from one of the other condos that was smoking weed had flicked their joint onto our balcony, but that is no fault of the host. Also that said we only smelled it a little and it sis not ruin our stay in anyway. We spent evenings on the balcony watching traffic and people. I would recommend this place to anyone. It far exceeded our expectations. Id give it more than 5 stars if possible.

This was our second stay and both times we loved every minute of our stay. This time Ian was coming through and Roger was amazing at communicating with us and keeping us up to date on weather conditions. We will be back for sure

Great Family Vacation

This was our first vacation as a family. 3 adults and 3 kids. This property was perfect for our needs. Clean, well maintained and everything you need. The proximity to the beach is amazing. We couldn’t find anything to be disappointed with. Great building and neighborhood. The pool was an added perk. We will definitely be back.

I stayed in Myrtle Beach for years. Luckily I found this property in Surfside Beach. The locals prefer to keep Surfside Beach a secret! It is a quiet community within minutes of all the attractions you can imagine. After renting and owning here, there's no other place I'd rather stay!

Surfside Beach is centrally located south of Myrtle Beach. It is family friendly without all the hotels, etc. Most of the buildings in the area are condo's and single family homes. It is just minutes from all the main attractions that the area has to offer.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Pelican Pass is a small condo complex with two buildings with a total of 18 units. It is quiet and always clean. The city takes really good care of the area. We used to stay in Myrtle Beach until we found the Surfside Beach get away. The police department does a great job of patrolling the area. All of the owners and tenants are extremely friendly.
